RELIC OF THE ANCIENT PAST

PC: @chandddann14

Several of these obelisk can be found in the jungle of Congal.
Jutting out of the ground at somewhat regular intervals these orange glowing stone blocks stand out amognst the dark and eerie forest.
It's characteristic orange glow comes from a bioluminescent algae.

Every obelisk has exactly 4 horizontal cuts and a tetrahedral top that houses the algae colony, all of them except for a few.
The craftmanship in the making of these obelisk must have been marvelous and some sort of advanced tool must have been used or some technology unfathomable to us as these monuments despite being made out of stone are exact replica of each other down to a few microns and that is after the fact that they must have undergone erosion over the centuries. millennias. epochs or however old they may be.

No written explanation has yet been uncovered about these obelisk but some scholars in my field speculate that
These could be a network of street lamps of sorts.
But that begs the question,
who built them ?
what else where they capable of ?
what happened to them ?
Are those really just street lamps or something else entirely ?
