Woke up this morning missing Athens, Greece, one of my favorite places on the planet. 🇬🇷❤️

For me, Athens has the perfect blend of culture, food, nightlife and shopping — with thousands of years of history literally surrounding you everywhere you go. There’s something kind of surreal about going about your day and looking up to see the Acropolis in the distance.

And while I get that Athens is not be everyone’s cup of tea — aesthetically, parts of the city can definitely be a little rough around the edges — the parts that are beautiful are absolutely stunning, like the Athens Riviera and Vouliagmeni, the coastline around Piraeus, and simply wandering through the streets of Plaka.

And then there’s the nightlife. 😂 Aside from Ibiza, I honestly don’t think I’ve partied harder anywhere in the world than I have in Athens. Everybody talks about Mykonos when they talk about partying in Greece, and I get it. But if your vibe is more hip-hop, R&B and Afrobeats, Athens is way more of a vibe.

Can’t wait to go back!

I have a love hate relationship with flying. I travel often but I honestly hate flying, and the slightest bit of turbulence puts me on edge 😩. But it’s a necessary evil because I refuse to stay put 😂

Turks and Caicos has some of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen 😍 The water is that crystal-clear shade of blue you almost don’t believe is real.
The food is really good too, though I did a terrible job of capturing it. Definitely make your way to @mrgrouperrestaurant…10/10.

We had a great time overall—fun days, a little nightlife, and the perfect mix of relaxing and vibing. Only thing I’ll say is hotels can be very expensive, so we found a really nice Airbnb.

Already looking forward to going back ✈️🌴✨

My toxic trait used to be thinking love had to feel chaotic and turbulent to be real. If it didn’t feel like I was constantly on a roller coaster ride or a hamster wheel, the relationship was not for me.

Turns out… love is actually supposed to feel like peace.

No anxiety, no guessing games—just consistency, safety, and someone who shows up without being asked.

Even when my anxiety does creep in, there’s no escalation, no blaming, no hitting below the belt. Just calm understanding, and someone who meets me with care instead of conflict.

With everything going on in the Middle East right now, I’ve been thinking about the last time I visited the UAE and what an incredible trip it was. Dubai is honestly one of my favorite places in the world. When I was last there, we took a day trip to Abu Dhabi, where we visited the #sheikzayedmosque — an absolutely stunning mosque and a must-see if you ever find yourself in the UAE. I thought it fitting to post this memory for #throwbackthursday, especially with #ramadan coming to an end.

While I have little faith that this war will end soon, I am looking forward to the day I can visit the UAE again.
