yes, no, maybe so? by @just_roni_503

They remember me.

It's not just a box of food. It's how much these people care. They're giving their lives to taking care of people.
Makin' Groceries is making holiday boxes. Main, four sides, dessert, already cooked. $50 sponsors a box for someone who needs it. The more donations come in, the more free boxes they can make.
Donate at givebutter.com/november-holiday-boxes-qe0raa (link in my story).
Food donations drop off Nov 5-16 at 7137 NE Fremont. List on slide 1.
Need a box? Order Nov 1-14. Text 971-288-9040 or go in person. Free and sliding scale, vegan and vegetarian options. Pickup Nov 23-25.
Know someone who'd give, or someone who needs one? Send this to them.

Makin’ Groceries on NE Fremont is low on shopping funds this week.

They feed people pay-what-you-can, house or not, no questions asked.

Sealed food, drop-off at 7137 NE Fremont.

Rice, canned tomatoes, sugar, spices.

Gift cards to Winco, Chef Store, or Restaurant Depot, the money stretches.

Makin’ Groceries (@landing_paper_planes) is in the running for a $25,000 prize from @elevateprize. It goes to a nonprofit using storytelling for social change, nominated by people in the comments.
Pay what you can Cajun on NE Sandy. They feed you, house or not, no questions. They host poets and musicians and comedians who need a room. I’ve been in this area my whole life and I don’t see many places doing both of those things at once.
Here’s the ask. Go to @elevateprize right now. Find the GET LOUD nominations post. Leave a comment nominating @landing_paper_planes . Say something true. That’s all it takes. by @just_roni_503
