Everything you ever wanted… was everything that should have been normal. ❤️

Sometimes I wonder how different your journey would have been if the world had simply allowed you to be yourself.

If loving someone of the same gender had never required courage. If acceptance had never come with conditions. If you had never been made to feel that something so natural, so deeply human, needed an explanation, justification, or approval.

Because all you ever wanted was what every human being longs for — to love, to be loved, to belong, and to live without the fear of being judged.

Yet society has a strange way of turning someone's identity into a question, their love into a controversy, and their existence into something that needs validation.

And somewhere in that journey, the deepest wounds are not always caused by hatred. Sometimes, they come from the absence of acceptance, from the silence of people we love, from being misunderstood, and from having to repeatedly prove that we deserve the same happiness as everyone else.

Psychologically, rejection can teach a person to question their worth. But healing begins when they realise that their worth was never society's to decide.

And I have watched that evolution in you.

From the pain of being judged to the courage of embracing yourself. From wanting to be accepted to understanding that you were always worthy of acceptance. From surviving the world's expectations to finally creating a world of your own.

And perhaps that is the most spiritual part of your journey.

You did not allow the absence of love from some corners of the world to take away your ability to love deeply.

You chose love over bitterness. Hope over fear. Authenticity over conformity.

And today, when I look at you, I see something far more beautiful than a happy ending.

You never needed to become normal. You always were. The world simply needed to evolve enough to understand that.

And if there is one thing I wish for you, it is that the years ahead are no longer about proving, fighting, or surviving, but simply about living.

A number I somehow gave to the right person.
And 12 years later… here we are. ❤️

Funny how love rarely arrives looking the way you imagined it would.

For a lot of us growing up queer, forever wasn’t something we saw enough of. We learned to imagine love before we ever had proof that it could look like us.

So maybe this is our little piece of proof.

Two men. Two Gujarati families. A love story neither of us planned. And eventually, a little family of our own. 🏳️‍🌈

We are same same but different 🏳️‍🌈

#Queercouples #couplecontent by @just_sumit_it

We’ve grown up, grown apart in moments, found our way back, built homes, travelled, fought over kitchens and life, held each other through some very dark days, healed, changed, and learned to live a little more authentically.

Some years gave us memories.
Some gave us lessons.
Some simply asked us to hold on.

And somewhere along the way, love stopped being just about the two of us — we became a family.

If 2014 was about finding each other, maybe 2026 is about realizing just how much we’ve built together.

12 years down. A lifetime of becoming, still ahead. ♾️🤍 by @just_sumit_it
