I made it to Nationals!! I’m posting this really late, but back in June, my “Childlike Joy” Portfolio was awarded honorable mention in the 2024 Scholastic Writing and Arts National Awards. My work was one of 2,500 pieces selected out of 340,000 works of art and writing! I am so thankful for @artandwriting and the opportunities they have given me over the years!

I am so pleased with this puppet I made for my literature class final project! I sculpted the head and the body out of clay, and @jhhandcrafters helped me make the controller out of wood from his shop! This was a fun project that really challenged me! by @justabbyart

“You’re doin’ fine Oklahoma!!”🎶

What a wonderful show to be apart of my senior year! This was my favorite show by far to be in, and I will cherish the memories of practices, tech weeks, and performances all my life! Thank you to @griffithclan for being the best musical theatre director a person could ask for! You have taught us so much and we are so grateful for you!

Swipe to see my favorite picture of the show 🤣 by @justabbyart

The Lord is our Shepherd! He is our protector and is here to guide us and lead us!

Recently, most of the art I’ve been creating has been for other people, but today I got to slow down and create art for myself with no pressure and it was so refreshing! by @justabbyart
