Dear Rob, there’s no one like you 💔That was the title of what I wrote last night with tears on the paper. All of the incredible memories and the times where I felt so blessed to be in the presence of such a Great musical genius! Beginning in 2003 with my very first run of shows here in San Francisco, to New Year’s, 2020 and my favorite the pandemic shows in the backyard, the baking on the barbecue edition! Playing outside on a live stream baking desserts on the barbecue Rob accompanied me with the most insane brilliance, writing music in the moment that followed what I was saying, the phraseing and the emotional exuberance he mirrored on the piano and with various instruments it became a perfect soundtrack to my live cooking show!. He leveled everyone up with such a gentle Grace and those piercing blue eyes!
I am so grateful that when I saw him last, I had some of my cookies to share and before he left, I got to tell him how much he meant to me ♥️He loved good food. He loved the community and he LOVED the music. No one could ever fill those shoes. He was so unique and kind! Dear @robreich I will forever miss you and the possibility of the dream band! This is such a loss beyond words I am still in shock I cherish these videos thank you @insta_graham_thiel 🙏 by @justaddheather
