POSTS STORIES REELS

Celebrating the small wins that mean so much. Behind every small business is a big dream, a lot of hard work, and a community that helps keep it going.

As a small business owner, I’m deeply grateful for every person who supports our collective, shares a kind word, or takes the time to leave a review. Those gestures may seem small, but to us, they’re a reminder that what we’re building matters.

Thank you, Yelp, for the recognition—and thank you to our community for being part of our story. This win belongs to all of us. 🤍 by @justannamay

Movement is a gift, and making time for myself is one way I honor it. 🤍

I show up for me so I can show up better for the ones who matter most—my family. Not because they need a perfect version of me, but because I want to give them a version of me that feels cared for, too.

So I move, I breathe, and I make room for myself. Loving me so that love can overflow onto them. 💪✨ by @justannamay

It’s November 1st! 🍂 We’ve got 2 months left in 2026—time to finish what you started and set your intentions for 2027! ✨

Let’s get to this money, y’all! 💰🙌🏾 I’m praying for peace, prosperity, and purpose for us all throughout the rest of this year. May our hard work bear fruit and our businesses continue to grow! 🙏🏾🤎

👋 bestie,

I need you to remember who you are and how much you bring to the people you love. You have a beautiful heart, and I know that when you care about someone, you try to see the best in them. But loving him shouldn’t mean overlooking what you need or accepting less than you deserve.

You are worthy of love that comes with effort, honesty, respect, and consistency. You deserve someone who wants to know how your day went, follows through on his promises, and makes room for you in his life—not someone you have to keep convincing to care.

When I say he has nothing for you, I’m not talking about money. I’m talking about whether he has care to give, effort to make, and a genuine willingness to build something with you. You can love someone deeply and still recognize that what they’re offering isn’t enough.

I know letting go can hurt, especially when you’re also letting go of what you hoped the relationship would become. I’m not asking you to pretend those hopes weren’t real or that your feelings can disappear overnight. I just don’t want you to spend so much time holding on to his potential that you forget to look at how he’s treating you now.

You don’t have to prove you’re worth choosing by waiting longer, giving more, or making your needs smaller. You’re allowed to want a relationship where love is returned, not just received.

Whatever you decide, I’m your friend—not your judge. I’ll listen when you need to talk, sit with you when it hurts, and remind you of who you are when you forget. But I’ll also be honest with you, because I love you too much to act like your unhappiness doesn’t matter.

You can care about him and still choose yourself. You can miss him and still know that walking away was right for you. And you don’t have to face that choice alone.
I love you, bestie. I want a love for you that gives you room to be fully yourself—not one that asks you to keep settling for less.

Always,
Your body sculpting bestie 🤍 by @justannamay

Fit in your 20’s with no kids? Cute. 🥰

Finding that dawg in you in your 40’s to keep showing up for yourself after 4 kids, hormones doing the absolute MOST, running a household, raising humans, working & building businesses….

LEGENDARY 🔥

That glow-up hits DIFFERENT. by @justannamay

One day, your heart will stop hurting over the things you once prayed would work out. 🤍

Until then, be gentle with yourself.

You are not weak for missing someone. You are not foolish for loving deeply. And you are not behind in life because you’re still healing from something nobody else can see.

Sometimes, God allows what we wanted to fall apart because He sees what we cannot. Sometimes, the unanswered prayer is protection. Sometimes, the ending is the beginning of meeting a version of yourself you haven’t discovered yet.

So cry if you need to. Pray when you don’t have the words. Rest when you’re tired of being strong. But please, don’t let a painful chapter convince you that your story is over.

You can miss someone and still move forward. You can love someone and still choose yourself. You can grieve what was and still believe in what will be.

Your heart may be broken, but YOU are not beyond repair.

One day, you’ll look back and realize that even here, even in the hurting, even when you thought you were losing everything… God was still holding you together. 🕊️

This isn’t the end of your story. Keep going. Your heart deserves the chance to feel peace again.

🤍 If you’re healing from something you don’t talk about, let this be your reminder: you are loved, you are worthy, and you are not alone.

Because self-care isn’t selfish, investing in yourself is always a good idea, and sometimes your glutes just need a little extra attention. 😏🍑

🚨 FILIPINO AMERICAN HISTORY MONTH CHECK-IN 🇵🇭😂

We are MORE than halfway through Filipino American History Month, and not ONE of my non-Filipino friends has:

💐 Sent me flowers
📝 Written me an essay on why I’m their favorite Filipino
😭 Explained how significantly I’ve improved the quality of their life
🏆 Publicly acknowledged my contributions to their personal growth, happiness, and overall character development.

LIKE??? HELLO??? WHAT ARE WE EVEN DOING HERE?! 😭💀

I have spent years enriching your lives with my humor, hospitality, unsolicited life advice, and elite Filipino excellence… and THIS is the acknowledgment I get?!

Not even a Canva presentation?! Not one PowerPoint slide?! Not a single paragraph with citations?! 😂

At this point, I’ll accept a handwritten letter, a Jollibee gift card, or a formal declaration that your life was mid before you met me. 🇵🇭

The deadline is October 31st. Please govern yourselves accordingly. 😌💅🏼

I didn’t ask to be your favorite Filipino. I simply showed up and changed your life.

You’re welcome. 🇵🇭❤️😂

3 Michelin stars, 18 courses, and an evening that felt like edible art. Unexpected textures, beautiful contrasts, flavors that unfolded like poetry. Even the smallest confections felt like the closing lines of a beautiful story.

Under the visionary leadership of @chefwilliambradley , @addisonrestaurant delivers an extraordinary dining experience rooted in precision, creativity, and a deep respect for exceptional ingredients.

From the delicate Shigoku oyster with cucumber, apple, dill, and caviar to the exquisite @n25caviar with Koshihikari rice and smoked sabayon, every plate was a little world of its own.

A special thank-you to Captain Patrick @moomoothedog who guided us through the evening with such warmth, knowledge, and genuine care.

It wasn’t simply dinner. It was an experience in curiosity, craftsmanship, and the beauty of paying attention.

But my favorite part wasn’t on the menu. It was being with my daughter, sharing something extraordinary, watching her experience the wonder of it all.

Because motherhood isn’t only about teaching our children how to work hard, be humble, and get through the difficult seasons. It’s also about showing them the beauty this world has to offer. Teaching them to be curious. To appreciate artistry. To celebrate life’s little luxuries without forgetting what truly matters.

The world is full of beautiful experiences.

You belong in rooms where excellence is the standard.

You never have to make yourself smaller to fit someone else’s expectations.

If you need a little SPICE in your life 🌶️✨ and an excuse to take a beautiful walk to the beach, from the beach, or better yet… both 🏖️🌊 — may I recommend @spiceloungesd?

The food? SO good.
The vibe? 10/10.
The people? Even better. 🤍

And okay… maybe I’m a little biased 😂 but when the food is this good and the people are this nice, I think it’s worth sharing.

It’s giving good food, good energy, beach air, and a San Diego kind of night. 🌴✨

@spiceloungesd — I’ll definitely be back. 🌶️🏖️ by @justannamay

This is what my average workday can look like…

☀️ Coffee by the beach.
🥞 Breakfast before my first client.
💆‍♀️ Helping women feel confident in their bodies.
💻 Lunch in the sand while answering student questions and building my academy.
🌊 Ending the day with gratitude.

I didn’t build this overnight.

It took years of learning, investing in myself, showing up when no one was watching, and trusting God through every season.

Now I get to do work I genuinely love while helping others create confidence, income, and freedom.

If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking…

“I wish I could work for myself.”

Maybe that’s your sign to stop wishing and start learning.

I’m opening opportunities for those who want to learn body sculpting the right way—whether you’re looking for a side income or you’re ready to build something of your own.

Comment BEACH or send me a DM if you’re curious about training.

Your future business could start with one conversation. 🌊✨
