Hi, I’m Leah! 🤍 A first-time mum, getting ready for my first holiday with my 8-month-old baby! 🇬🇧✈️🇺🇸

To say I’m overwhelmed is an understatement! 😂 Between getting everything ready, ticking off the endless to-do list and making sure we have everything we need, it feels like I’m competing in the maintenance Olympics! 🏆🤣

AD | Let’s get my 7-month-old ready for bed 🛁🫧🤍

Starting with a lovely warm bath, lots of bubbles and, of course, plenty of cuddles. 🥰

Then it’s bottle time! 🍼

Motherhood changed my body… so I’m learning to love the process of becoming strong again. 💛

At 39, Leah became a first-time mum, and experienced a love like no other. But pregnancy also changed her body, especially her muscle mass.

Instead of chasing the pressure to “snap back,” she’s choosing to build back.

Her focus now is simple: high-protein nutrition, intentional movement, listening to her body, and giving herself patience and kindness.

Because this isn’t the body she had before motherhood, it’s a new version of her, and it deserves to be celebrated, not criticised.
