A typical morning for me… #goodmorningeveryone

… I wait for little birds to come home for a feed or a bath…

…sometimes I wait and wait… they never turn up. Sometimes, they do.

After my early morning meditation and reiki healing sessions, I sit with a cup of filter ‘kaapi’ by the window.

I feel so grateful that I live in a country that has ample sunlight. #sunlight #birdfeeder

My Tulsi 🌿 Maa … she comes and goes as she pleases. This time around, she has stayed long. I’m so so thrilled… I pray to her, asking her to stay with me forever. #tulsimaa

I stay in a place surrounded by greenery - feel so blessed.
So grateful 🙏

When you sing with the background score, you have to be perfect… well… near perfect because, the subtle flaws that otherwise get unnoticed, become very on the face! But then, today I told myself that I would sing like nobody is listening, and will not do any retakes even if I go out of rhythm/ tune! Which I did! Please pardon me for those mistakes. I simply had to yank myself out of my comfort zone. #jhukijhukisinazar #comfortzone #sing #reclaimyourself by @justbeingusha

Do something impulsive. Call a friend. Set out. Wander about. Walk down memory lane. Feed your soul. #soulfood #sundayfun by @justbeingusha

Walking on the beach.. bare feet.. is therapy. Try it. #beach #grounding #walkingonthebeach #letgo by @justbeingusha

“Anything is fine!”
How many times have we said that without even thinking?
Somewhere between remembering everyone’s favourites, accommodating everyone’s choices, and keeping everyone happy, we sometimes forget to ask ourselves what WE enjoy. Sometimes, it’s just a dish we stopped cooking, a place we stopped visiting, or a little pleasure we quietly gave up.
So here’s a question for you…
What’s one thing you absolutely LOVE, but haven’t enjoyed in a long time?
I’d love to hear your answers!

Sometimes, we long to be seen by one person so much that we forget all the parts of ourselves that are waiting for our own attention. Wanting their love is human. It’s okay that it matters to you. But your life matters too. Your little joys. Your unspoken wishes. The things you keep putting off until you feel loved enough to begin. You don’t have to wait for everything to be perfect to make room for yourself.
Cross that bridge to yourself… even while life remains imperfect. #shakti #chooseyourself #womensupportwomen #selflove by @justbeingusha
