holding onto the last little bits of summer with this late-summer romesco chicken with a charred peaches and herb salad

picked up the romesco sauce from @ladycluckfarm at the North Hills Farmers Market and it immediately made it into my dinner rotation — seared chicken, roasted veggies, charred peach + poblano, and a fresh herb salad.

Also, having the best people in my life to recommend a good wine pairing >>> @ingoodcowines delivered with the Ultraviolet Sparkling Rosé from winemaker Samantha Sheehan— so good.

In Madrid we visited @divorare.es to try the world famous focaccia sandwiches! We were heading to Temple de Debod for sunset and picked up the “Come Me Casa” and yes it is as good as it looks😏 by @justbitsnbites

This month, girl dinner looked a little different!!! Decided to cook up some steaks at home with @ladycluckfarm ’s delicious cilantro, chimichurri sauce to top it off!

I literally love hosting a little dinners like this &&& we really got to test out our cast-iron skills because we were not messing these steaks from @wildersbrand up!

If you’re in Raleigh this weekend, you NEED to check out @boldbatchcreamery at one of their pop-ups!

They’re serving up some of the richest, creamiest ice cream in Raleigh — and their menu is unlike any ice cream menu I’ve ever seen

I went for the Salted Egg Kaya Toast on their handmade SOURDOUGH ice cream cone… LIKE HELLO?! It was so good

Definitely worth stopping by, trying one of their fun flavors, and supporting a small business while you’re at it

Come cook a cutie little dinner with me featuring @ladycluckfarm ’s Tikka Masala Sauce!
This recipe is so simple and easy, inspired by one of my most recent Raleigh restaurant finds, @botiwallaraleigh , and their Desi Tikka Chicken Salad. Tikka chicken, peppery arugula, a cumin-lime vinaigrette, and sesame cashews for a good crunch— This quick little dinner really has everything I need and more

If you haven’t checked this place out yet, you definitely need to make a trip!!
@newherecoffee just opened in Raleigh, and their summer menu is seriously to die for. The Coconut Crush and NHC Birthday Americano have been living rent-free in my head ever since I tried them. I’ve already been back twice for these drinks
Make sure you check them out before summer ends — and say hello to some of the absolute BEST people while you’re there because they really did something with this summer menu! by @justbitsnbites
