Another project complete 👏🏿

We have a full mechanical overhaul at a high-rise residential condo, and we documented every step of it!

This project involved the complete replacement of an end-of-life chiller with a new Daikin chiller, alongside rooftop cooling equipment replacement and cooling tower work. To add, everything was executed via crane lift in arguably the coldest day of the winter season.

From the mechanical room to the rooftop, the scope included:

1. Decommissioning and removal of the existing chiller plant
2. Crane mobilization for rooftop equipment removal and new unit installation
3. Rooftop equipment replacement with Daikin equipment
4. Cooling tower replacement and associated pipework
5. Full recommissioning of the chilled water

Projects like this require precise coordination between rigging, mechanical, and controls teams to minimize disruption to building occupants. That’s exactly what the team delivered.

Special thanks to @javon.ca for the drone coverage! taken in Toronto, Ontario by @justcallhimlee

Stage 3 complete. And that’s a wrap! 👊🏿

The moment we’ve been building toward, the new chiller is officially installed! Piece by piece, each component was precision lifted by crane all the way up to the top floor control room, bringing this 3-stage project to a close.

Stage 1 ✅ | Stage 2 ✅ | Stage 3 ✅

From teardown to transport, removal to installation, it’s been quite the journey. Huge credit to @javon.ca for the drone operation 💪🏿

Have a complex plant replacement or installation project coming up? We’d love to help! drop us a message to get in touch! 📩

Stage 2: chiller removal. 🏗️

The old chiller has left the building! With careful planning and precision drone work showcasing the elite crane work high above the city, our team successfully lifted and removed the existing unit, a critical milestone in this 3-stage project.

Stage 1 ✅ | Stage 2 ✅ | Stage 3 👀

Stay tune, the new chiller is on its way in!
Have a similar project coming up or want to know more about how we manage complex plant replacements? Drop us a message or get in touch!

Thank you to @javon.ca for the drone work👊🏿

Shooting commercial construction videos are all about structure and process. To understand what I needed to capture, I needed to learn how things were done from a technical perspective.

When a new chiller is ordered, it must be built, transported to a facility to be taken apart, then transported to the site where it’ll be installed after disassembling the previous chiller.

This video encompasses phase 1, which is disassembling the new chiller and preparing it for transport to the new site.

Every job is different, whether we’re craning chillers to a rooftop or installing a chiller to a basement, there’s never a dull moment in this industry. taken in Toronto, Ontario by @justcallhimlee

I needed something to fill out my feed before I started posting new content so here’s a 2-3 year old video getting caught slipping while setting up with @javon.ca & @caughtwithe

Creators, do yall have a song you play whenever setting up for your productions/projects? Enya is my go to, but Britney Spears made its way onto the speaker that day🤣 taken in Oakville, Ontario by @justcallhimlee

I feel like every year I reintroduce myself to social media and this year is no different.

My name is Lee. I like creating cool content, building brands and I like helping businesses excel and or achieve their goals through production and media. This year, I think the biggest focus is being on being more intentional And trying to actually do cool things.

Let’s really try and push the envelope but even get to a level to push that envelope. I need to get better, meaning put myself in an uncomfortable position in order to be successful. so here’s the first uncomfortable video. Hopefully you follow all of us so you can see all of the amazing things that we’re gonna be doing as a collective, but I’m excited to continue this journey and for everyone that I meet that join me on journey.
