THANK YOU AGENTS 🥹 It’s been a challenging few weeks for the Schaub family, and this recognition truly lifted our spirits. To be honored by our community in such a meaningful way is incredibly touching.

I’ve finally had a moment to reflect, and I couldn’t be more proud of The Joel Schaub Team. While the name on the door is Joel Schaub, this is truly a family/team effort. We’re grateful to be a small part of your stories, joining in our clients new beginnings & fresh starts. Joel loves teaching, educating, and connecting with like-minded people. I am also so so proud of my husband. He is in his 20th year 😱and to see him getting honored is just…the best feeling.

Our community’s support lifts us, even during tough times. I’m so proud to call Chicago home 🏡 and to feel the overwhelming love for the work we do. THANK YOU FAM! 😭#LenderOfTheYear #BestOfTheBest #1LoanOfficer #JustCallJoel #ChicagoRealEstate #LoveWhatYouDo #HusbandAndWifeTeam #intheclubweallfam taken in Chicago, IL by @justcalljoel

How can it possibly be that we are only 86 days away from 2027!? And while we all take a moment to let it sink in that 2026 is coming to a close so soon, we wanted to take a timeout and reflect on our 2026 so far ✨🏠

2026 has been a whirlwind of a year with so many things to be grateful for. Over 300 families helped on their homeownership journey and over $166 million in closings, none of which would be possible without our incredible clients, trusted referral partners, and outstanding team. We are so grateful for what 2026 has brought so far… BUT WE ARENT DONE YET! 🔥

Bring it on Q4… let’s see what you got in these next 86 days 👀 taken in Chicago, IL by @justcalljoel

Made both games of the double header yesterday at Fenway. Games 34 and 35 for Georgia and she did great the whole day!
First game seats were right behind home plate and on TV the whole game and then game 2 we got the luxury box and Georgia got to meet and Dwight Evans red Rox legend.
9 hours of Fenway and it was very memorable!#justcalljoel @chicagocubsnation taken in Fenway Park by @justcalljoel
