The energy in this video is what I attracted! To be poured into genuinely I wasn’t expecting it to come from a stranger though 🫶🏾❤️🥰

Don’t excuse her language! She said what she said! AND I’m going to walk in that!

Today marks another year of being rooted in purpose, sisterhood, and service. From the moment I crossed with my girLS of R.E.D Rhap50dy, the Creative Soul in me has never stopped singing. Delta made me, and this lifetime commitment is just getting started! 🐘🔺🌹❤️ #Deltaversary #DST #CreativeSoul #REDRhap50dy #DeltaSigmaTheta 1913 by @justcallmejan

**37 & Stepping Boldly Into My Becoming.**✨
This year, I sang louder, dreamed bigger, dropped some pounds, and walked in rooms I used to pray for.

Every lesson, every win, every moment led me right here—and I love it here.

Tonight, the celebration continues lets toast to everything that’s already mine. 🥂

Sooooo Im doing the things‼️In my @dioburto voice lol!

Long post…

From December to March I didn’t have my voice. It was in part due to illness and in another part due to the stress of being hospitalized for almost 20 days.

Not being able to talk, or sing is wildly unusual and excruciatingly scary for me 😭 it hurt physically, and mentally.

I had succumbed to the idea that I probably would never sing again 😫 I had convinced myself that my voice was probably damaged beyond repair.

Thankfully I didn’t have the last say so and after seeing my ENT, and a specialist, I learned that there was no damage to my vocal folds, no nodes, and no nodules. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

So two months after on a whim I auditioned for this show fully knowing that I’m on the mend and still recovering but I knew that if it were for me, I would have it.

And here we are ladies and gentleman. My first show back on the stage after beating the trauma of sickness and depression that I thought would take my voice forever 😭😭😭

I’ll be doo wop popping in @thestudioat620 Legacy of Legends Voices of Motown show June 19th-21st. Ticket link is in my bio! Info will also be in my story!

I would love to have your support as I return to my first love🫶🏾

Also it’s the weekend before my birthday your presence would be the ultimate gift 🥰♥️

Cheers to the day I said YES to sisterhood — and never looked back! A legacy, a lifestyle, a lifetime commitment. Vision, passion, and purpose wrapped in R.E.D. #25 on the line, #1 in the vibe. The name is Creative Soul, and the legacy? Unmatched. Happy Deltaversary to my line sisters and the visionary in crimson and cream — ME.
