FOLLOW @justdeco and get your own box! Functional magic for the win!

I’m always amazed by the souls who find their way into my sanctuaries. 🩵🇵🇷🍃🛸🗽

I love creating intentionally curated homes and hosting creatives, healers, friends and lovers to experience these spaces even when I’m not there.

While I was in NYC, a beautiful soul I’d never met stayed at Cocoon Sanctuary. Little did I know she shared my love for interior design… or that when she said she wanted to send me a gift, she meant THIS. 😭

Shoutout and deep gratitude to @justdeco and her ✨Casa Curated✨ box which is a sensory love letter to the Afro-Caribbean home which echos culture, color, texture, scent, memory and everyday ritual. Everything inside this box is beautiful AND meant to be used. Even the damn paper smells good. 😂

As someone who has dreamed of creating home collections myself, I have to give flowers when I see someone actually doing it and doing it this beautifully. 💐

I cannot recommend this enough. Gift it to someone you love or gift it to your damn self. These are items you will have all the days of your life.

Home is culture. Home is ritual. Home can heal. 🤎🌴

PS The incense and cilantro seeds inside the box have me on the floor! So many layers to this box!!!!

I can’t wait to host you again @afrolatina_her by @justdeco

Meet La Sobremesa, the Fall curation from CASA Curated.

For so many of us, those moments around la mesa are some of our core family memories. And that feeling became the starting point for this curation.

Smoked Amber is one of the colors telling that story.
Warm. Rich. A little nostalgic. And really beautiful when the light hits it just right.

More of La Sobremesa coming. 💚

Looking back at the mood board that set the tone for our summer curation and just like that, August is behind us.

This summer gave me color, sun, fun y cultura lessons. I’m not quite ready to let summer go, but I’m ready for what comes next.

Time to slow down and pay attention to what’s changing around me. Pa’lante into Septiembre 💚.

I’ve talked about needing curation clarity.
I cannot curate CASA from a place of constantly consuming what everyone else is doing.

I chose to live. I chose quiet. Stillness. Cultura. Nature. Color. Texture. Memorias.
And I want all of that to find its way into my curations.

Dejando que la inspiración llegue a mí instead of always chasing it.

I’m in a quieter, more intentional space these days. More protective of my peace.

This version of me is going to have a lot to say through CASA. 💚

Stay close…La Sobremesa is shipping now, and there’s so much more to come.

Woven against gauze. Soft against structured. Earthy greens against warm neutrals. Pattern layered beneath it all.

I’m always paying attention to the way different textures and tones can live together without needing to perfectly match.

I intentionally make space to stay connected to myself and to the way I naturally see things. Not scrolling for the next trend. Not rushing to decide what belongs in the next box. Just observing color, texture, light, nature, and the little details that make a space feel like something.

I want every curation to create a feeling when you open it.
I want the pieces to layer into your home in ways that feel collected, warm, and rooted.
I want texture. I want unexpected combinations. I want cultura.
I want pieces that make you stop and think, I wouldn’t have put those together, but somehow they belong.

To protect that vision, I give myself room for curation clarity. Resting, observing, reconnecting, and letting inspiration find me instead of chasing it.

CASA Curated was never meant to be a box of beautiful things.
It’s designed to create a feeling.

“La Sobremesa”for Fall is coming together and it’s going to feel so good. 💚

In so many Afro-Caribbean homes, the patio has always been more than just outside space.
It’s where music plays in the background, domino games, and late-night conversations carrying into the evening.

These handcrafted citronella incense were created to hold that atmosphere while naturally keeping the bugs away long after the sun goes down.

@atabey_candle_co exclusively blended sage, earth, smoke, citrus, air, and foliage in these hand made incense.

Boxes are shipping now, it’s not too late to subscribe and join us for summer on El Patio ☀️

Coconut has always carried presence throughout the Caribbean. Woven into food, gathering, craft, ritual, and the everyday rhythm of island life.

For El Patio, I wanted to bring in pieces that reflect that grounding. These coconut bowls felt like they belonged here immediately.
Earthy. Functional. Rooted.

We’re preparing El Patio now for summer shipping Subscriptions are open while we bring this season to life 💚

So much of who we are begins with the women who came before us.

Our abuelas, mothers, tias who turned everyday moments into ritual for us without realizing it.

The smell of sofrito, the woman talking, while music played in the background cooking our favorite meals.

The way they made space for people… no matter how small the home was.

So much of CASA Curated is rooted in those memories and in the women who shaped them for us.

Today we honor our elders who taught us that home is something you feel. 💚

This is what summer looks like over here…

Fruta on the table.
Light coming in just right.
And la Jarra already in place.

We’re deep in it right now
pulling pieces together, packing, prepping…
bringing El Patio Summer Box to life, one box at a time.

This one is grounded.
CASA is more like the moments we actually live in.

Subscriptions are open while we prep.
If you’ve been waiting… this is your moment 💚

On el patio… something is always being poured.
Not just a drink. Time, memories, conversación.

The sun hits different and the air moves slower while sitting in el patio.

This summer, I wanted to bring that feeling into CASA Curated.
Pieces that carry where we come from and shape the way we gather.

El Patio is coming familia and with la jarra is where it begins.

Come sit with us. Join CASA Curated.
