Hey y’all 💕… We’re at that age where the weight don’t just fall off anymore.. its sticking 😂😂😂!
But seriously, working out is bigger than just looking good. We have kids and families who need us here, HEALTHY and feeling our best. ❤️ Let’s start looking at the gym as part of our personal health care, taking care of our bodies, clearing our minds, and pouring back into ourselves.

Get this house in order with me 💕
I don’t know what it is, but cleaning the whole house at night while the kids are SLEEP just hits different 🥰
And can we give it up for all the MAMAS! 👏🏽 We wear sooo many hats mom, cook, cleaner, nurse, teacher, chauffeur… the list NEVER ends 😂 and somehow we still get it done. We really are some amazing women! 🥰

Here's a clip of me and my Bible study family taking a leap of faith driving to Wisconsin from Omaha during our spiritual fast to attend a prophetic sermon 🥹 ! We prayed , we cried , we laughed and we dance... The lord was with us and it only drew us closer to him 😫😫🙏🏾
- I'm far from perfect but I know the lord has a bigger purpose for me and everyday I'm trying to be the image he created me to be 😫😫😫
