I received Justin’s first email inquiry in 2024. It took another two years before we finally met to create his tattoo at @noiiaberlin in Berlin.The idea evolved over time. It began with detailed descriptions of the forms and shapes Justin felt connected to, but from the very beginning we knew the tattoo itself would be created spontaneously. It was done entirely freehand, exactly as it was meant to be.What happened in Justin’s life shortly before our appointment, and ultimately gave this piece a deeply symbolic meaning, is something you’ll hear in Justin’s own words in a special Reel.Thank you, Justin, for coming from US , for your trust and for sharing this journey with me !#abstracttattoo #berlintattooartist #freehandtattoo by @justinapicture

I think coolest thing about the phrase “Auf Wiedersehen” is the fact Germans use it as a Goodbye but it literally translates to, “Until we see each other again.”The last two weeks have felt genuinely unreal (and don’t get me started on the two weeks prior). I have had such an incredible time riding a bike from Berlin to Prague then taking a train back up to Berlin to get my first tattoo. The blood, sweat, ink and, yes, tears have been so worth it. I cannot thank the trip leaders from @backroadstravel and everyone I met along the way.A major thanks goes to @tynamajczuk and @noiiaberlin for this incredible and abstract sleeve that commentates exactly 4 weeks after my dad passed.Germany and the Czech Republic are incredible parts of Europe and I will be returning.Auf Wiedersehen! by @justinapicture
