There’s real debate around using icons and putting words in their mouth - making them say things they never said.

This piece uses Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s actual words, spoken during his address to the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) on August 16, 1967.

Motion capture and performance tech give us the ability to be anyone, but that power comes with responsibility. When handled with care, quoting someone directly doesn’t rewrite history, it helps it reach new generations.

Technology can amplify truth.
What we choose to amplify is the point.
