Trying something new and making Sourdough Donuts, or Sourdoughnuts if you will

Honestly easier than I expected but still lots to learn! New flavor dropping next week 👀

I forgot to start my Garmin for this workout so posting this as proof that I actually did it… bit of a heavier push day to start the week 💪🏼

In the most beautiful gym @dmn8_gym wearing @vuoriclothing and my @vivobarefoot shoes!

Urban Iron LA was a super fun mix of strength and cardio, plus running it with this team made it just that much better! Scratched that racing itch and might’ve lit a fire under me to start training for something else 👀

Shoutout the @urban.iron team as well as the three gyms who hosted us 💪🏼 @dmn8_gym @ampassoc @paradisocommunity

Lasagna rules, hanging with your friends rules - so why not make lasagna with your friends? This is your sign to host family dinner and make something yummy together!! Laughs and vibes supplied by @enjoyiykyk

Lots of volume on this full upper body day which consisted of 4 supersets and targeted chest, shoulders, back, bis, and tris. It starts with an antagonistic superset of chest and back, then on to a side & rear delt superset, followed by back and biceps, and finishes with triceps and chest!

Super efficient and gives you a pump like you’ve never had before 💪🏼

Starting my @urban.iron training strong with @dmn8_gym Run Club followed by a sweet treat from @eatmeadow - I should probably prioritize putting down some mileage at this point over putting down fro-yo, but that’s way less tasty…

This Jukebox has been in my family for over 50 years and is still spinning records to this day!

My Grandma and Pop Pop bought it back in the 70s to put in the game room of a house they were building in Potomac, MD. My Mom and her sisters listened to it while playing pool and pinball all throughout junior high, high school, and college. One of my first memories is listening to Billy Joel on this Jukebox in the cold basement of my Grandma’s house while my brothers and I played pool.

A few years after my Pop Pop passed, my Grandma was selling the house in Potomac, so the Jukebox, Pool Table, and Pinball Machine made their way to our house in South Florida. Like my Mom, I grew up listening to those same tunes while playing pool and pinball with my brothers and friends. Fast forward a bunch of houses, apartments, states, and years later, the Jukebox is now settled in nicely at the Bakehouse here in North Carolina.

It’s still providing those same warm tunes and hopefully will be for years to come, so that my kids can too share the same experiences both my Mom and I have over the years! by @justindanzansky

Which flavor combination of Sourdough Focaccia would you rather have? This is a trick question because they are both out of this world!! by @justindanzansky

Push Day with a side of CTE - hire me as your trainer so I can prevent this from happening to you during your workout! Fantastic lift otherwise in the Most Beautiful Gym on Earth!

You’re probably thinking to yourself, “wow, he cooks too!?” Yes, AND I clean!! Tonight I made a delicious homemade fettuccine with red sauce topped with broccoli, air-fried tofu, and Kirkland’s Best Parmigiano-Reggiano. The fettuccine is super simple to make, just work together one whole egg and 100g 00 flour, that’s it!! Hope you enjoy, ciao!
