Today, I crossed the finish line not just of a race, but of self-doubt, fear, and limitations. This medal symbolises the journey of resilience, determination, and unwavering belief in myself.

Here’s to new beginnings, endless possibilities, and the beautiful strength found within.

My dad would have been proud ❤️ #48 honoured, there is still time to donate to my chosen charity The British Heart Foundation. Click the link in my bio above, thank you in advance 😍 @the_bhf

Finished the Paris Marathon like a very sweaty croissant with attitude 🏅🥐💚

Someone said to me Thursday night: “Don’t do it, look after yourself.”

So naturally, I laced up, ran 42km, got a personal best, and called it “self-care with scenic views.”

I ran this one for @samaritanscharity and for everyone who’s ever felt like quitting but chose to keep moving forward (even if it was more of a wobble near the end).

It was about proving to myself that at any stage of life, you can choose growth, purpose, and joy, even when it hurts, even when it’s uphill (literally and figuratively).

At nearly 50, with two marathons under my belt and plenty of life lessons in my running shoes, I know this: if you’re not happy where you are, move. Reinvention is always on the table 🙏

Thanks to everyone who cheered me on, you know who you are. I appreciate you more than you know ❤️

Now if you’ll excuse me, Jack is planning my next “holiday” and I’m googling marathons with spa treatments at the finish line 😂

PS: you’ll find my donation link in my bio if you’d like to support my chosen charity for 2025, thank you ☺️

There’s a quiet power in choosing growth, in showing up every day with consistency, even when the world around you resists change.

Last week, I learned a valuable lesson—some people are simply not ready for transformation, and that’s okay. But here’s what’s not okay: letting their resistance drain your energy.

Hold your vision, protect your momentum, and surround yourself with those who believe in better—for themselves and for others. We are not meant to walk this path alone.

Strength is found in numbers, in community, in the shared pursuit of something greater. So, decide today. Choose better. The rewards are limitless ❤️❤️❤️

51. 🤍

Today started exactly how I want this next chapter to continue — gym, spa, looking after my body, eating well, slowing down and appreciating the beautiful flowers, cards and messages from people I love.

51 feels different.

I’m not interested in becoming younger. I’m interested in becoming stronger, sharper, healthier, wealthier and more at peace.

The next 365 days are about progress. Better decisions. Stronger leadership. Greater discipline. Building businesses I’m proud of and creating more freedom in my life.

I’ve succeeded. I’ve failed. I’ve started again. I’ve learned some lessons the hard way.

And I’m still here. Still ambitious. Still curious. Still becoming.

Perhaps that’s what The Longevity Edit really means.

Not simply living longer.

Living better — with health, purpose, freedom and a life that feels good to live.

51. Day one of the next 365.

Let’s make them count. 🤍 by @justinecollins_

After the Black Friday madness… I needed a full system reboot. ✨

Floating, red light therapy, soundscapes — the works. Black Friday nearly finished me… so this morning I booked myself into recovery mode. 🌿💆‍♀️ @mindoasis_byrituals

Hydro massage + brain massage = reset, recharge, reborn.Your reminder: hustle hard, but restore harder. ✨ Healing energy only from here on. 🤍

✨ New chapter unlocked.

Adventure, fun, and travel are exactly where I’m at — and last weekend’s trip to Faro, Portugal summed it up perfectly. One day it was wild storms, the next day golden sunshine… a reminder that when you explore, you never really know what you’re going to get — and that’s what makes it magic.

I’m craving every culture, every flavour, every moment that expands my world. This next chapter is about saying yes to the unknown and living it fully. 🌍✈️

Who else is ready to come with me?

Every sunrise is different, but the feeling is the same 🌞

✨ Peace. Gratitude. Presence.

From the non-stop rush of Central London to the calm of Spain, this view never gets old. The sky changes, the birds sing, and I’m reminded that time is our most valuable currency.

Be still. Reset. Recharge. Listen to your soul, the answers are always there. 🌸
