It’s been a tough few weeks without my baby 💔

Cheers to 28 ✨🥂

Because I’m ✨extra✨ this year I made a magazine to reflect on my time being 27 and what I hope 28 brings. Should the magazine have been called 27 in this case?? 🤔

Anyways, here’s a SNEAK preview of some of the articles. I have a full 30 page magazine made up (and I’m def printing myself a real copy 👹) but I’ll upload a digital version for anyone who wants to read it ✌️🥹

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the magazine and to my sister @_brooke.worm_ for editing, gathering quotes, and adding some really fun sections. I can’t wait for you guys to see the whole thing 💕

LISTEN UP BECAUSE ITS MY BIRTHDAY: last thing because I like to use my platform to talk about my values. LOOK HOW CUTE I AM✨✨ right now, thinness and diet culture are at an all time high. It feels like middle school again in a way I can’t describe. It seems everyone I talk to is trying to lose weight or get in shape. And while I support and believe in everybody’s right to alter themselves in the way that feels good for them, I can promise you that you won’t find me getting plastic surgery or taking oz*mpic EVER EVER because I want to model for others that it’s perfectly okay to love yourself as you are in every moment. Aging is beautiful. Bodies changing to adapt to your current life is beautiful. Body neutrality is a great headspace to be in, and I feel as if my purpose in this world is to remind the masses that the self loathing that we feel is organized by a system in which its only goal is to sell us insecurity. Please be kind to yourself and don’t let life pass you by because you’re waiting to be the perfect you. ✌️ by @justinedearman
