ASEAN-GCC-CHINA Gala Dinner 2025 | 27th May

Given big opportunities like this, it felt like a 'Whiplash' experience. Surviving the preparation towards the show through stress, adrenaline & caffeine. Not to mention lack of sleep :,)

But I'm so grateful to have played for artists from different countries of SEA (Princess @jnnanrdm & @vmhuong, & GCC (@daliamubarakofficial, @itsdanaalmeer & @balqeesfathi) and China (@laureshang_official), alongside local artist; Dato Sri @ctdk)

Thank you @aubrey_suwito @crankymusic for believing in me and taking a chance on me! Thank you @marc_guitarman and @euwynilose for guiding me through the rehearsals and the set.

Big shoutout to @mabelwyp & @kyloyugae for prepping me well towards the gig!

why haven't i discovered @jaie.music sooner?!

after @weareresort released 'healthy' that featured JAIE, i checked out her songs on Spotify, and my was i blowned away by the composition of her songs; details and textures but maintaining the composure of the music pieces.

for the lack of vocabulary and knowledge of many artists, JAIE (in my perspective) is like a combination of Hiatus Kaiyote + Moonchild + Beau Diako + Sabrina Claudio

here's my take on JAIE's 'Scent', adding the brushes and some samba. enjoy!

10 years in the making, it is now finished

I've come a long way in this journey, and God has seen me through the stages of growth. Looking back at my cringy performances since 2014 and cringing at my hairstyles and fashion sense hahaha, God has been with me. Above all, I want to thank God for leading me to where I am today

Thank you @rapdistribution @rolandmalaysiaofficial for making this happen, and I am super grateful for the staff members who have helped tremendously throughout the tournaments

I want to thank my family for investing so much in me for this craft. For the lessons, drum equipment, time, effort, sacrifice, and familial support.

One of the most important people, my tutors through the years; uncle Michael and Kyle. So grateful to have you two to walk with me in this drumming journey

Lastly, thank you all for the wishes and kind words over the past week. Appreciate every single one of yall.

As i put this to rest, I'm moving on to push myself to be better than today. Moving forward and looking towards greater platforms and challenging opportunities. All for the furtherance in this art, for the people and for His Glory

Lord, this championship title is yours. by @justinfam

it's been a long time in making, but my first collaborated drum sample kit is complete! Worked with @brokenenglishprod to record loops, fills, and one shots that tailored the inspiration from Mk.gee, Steve Lacy, Dijon, etc. looking for drums similar to Bieber's Daisies? This one's for you ;)

Ready for more from other producers. Till then, sample kit is available on my bio! by @justinfam

I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be playing an Ed Sheeran show on the 21st of January @jaotimkl with the gang @davsoh @justinfam @ethanleongmusic!

This has been a long time coming, as part of my roots in music were quite influenced by Ed, and I grew up listening to a lot of his music—from the Loose Change EP up till his latest release, Play.

This show will be a little different than the rest, as I’ll be playing his underrated tunes, or at least songs that I love from him that don’t get the love they deserve, but don’t worry, I’ll still play some of the big hits. I gotchu fam!

It’s gonna be a great night of music, so if you’re a big fan of Mr. Ed himself, mark your calendars now!

Comment “lego” for the link, head to my bio, or visit jaotim.com to get your tickets, and we’ll see you at there!

the stankiest and ugliest face you'll ever see :,) but man, 'Home' album by @aubrey_suwito was one of my favorites growing up, and it all started when i first saw him performing at Trinity Methodist Chuch Penang. That was also the first time I saw @thonjomas too killing on the drums with his left foot on the bass drum.

Okay enough storytelling, here's my take on 'Gummy Bear'
