This is what strong men do.

Masculinity isn’t toxic.
Ego is.
This is how we fix it.

This right here?
This is how we save our sons.
Teach ’em what real men do.

this is what will save our country. Men acting like men, swallowing their pride, owning their mistakes, asking for forgiveness, shaking hands, and moving on becoming a better man.

Those are the steps we all as men have to take in order for this country to survive.

The holidays are the hardest stretch of the year for Men.

Cuz money gets tight, the drinking picks up, and the guy holding everyone together unfortunately has nobody checking on him.

Get after it….today..tomorrow…the day I really don’t give a shit just start. You owe it to yourself to be your best and the only way you’re ever gonna do that is get your physical fitness in check first and then everything else falls in line.

like seriously….really think about what you think he has learned from you, because I bet you it’s a hell of a lot more than you actually think…. I guarantee it.

6am, Truck lights on, Sprints done, Not because I felt like it…..because I said I would.

Get ONE day in. Then the next. Then the next. That’s how a habit gets built. That’s how a man gets rebuilt.

Most men aren’t broken…. out of gas or out of calibration for sure, but not necessarily broken.

Working, providing, showing up, and running on fumes. Nobody checks the gauges until something breaks.

I have a kinesiology degree and I hope that impresses you…lol
If it doesn’t well, I have 20+ years of shrink training and coaching and personal training and developing underneath my belt.

I have a program it’s called full scale. It is for looking good being strong, but also being capable it’s not functional training. It is life training. It is movements based off of what we do in life.
