So I had an opportunity to use a new product by @blockrkit and it was THE EASIEST way to stop paint bleed ever!! No need to paint over your tape lines or seal it with clear. Just place your tape roll edges in their proprietary powder and that’s it! Lay your tape like usual and paint! I’ve never seen such crisp lines without all the hassle. Go check out their page and their product! Oh, and stay tuned because this unique piece is coming soon! 🔥🔥 #furnituremakeover #blockrkit #upcycledfurniture #furnitureartist #furnituredesign taken in Huntington, West Virginia by @justinlanedesign

*SOLD* There’s just something about a classic Stanley Furniture Co. piece done right. ✨ I mean just look at the details on the columns and that beautiful hardware. These are true signs of heirloom quality design that Stanley Furniture is known for…

Did You Know…

The company was founded in April 1924 by Thomas Bahnson Stanley in Henry County, Virginia. Interestingly, Thomas Stanley later went on to serve as the Governor of Virginia in the 1950s. He actually built an entire company town around the original factory, which became known as Stanleytown.

The Depression Era: Stanley famously navigated the Great Depression by keeping operations running, cutting hours rather than laying off his workforce, and even lowering employee rents to help them through the hard times.

Reputation & Craftsmanship:
Over the decades, Stanley grew into a heavyweight in the American home furnishings industry. They are widely recognized for producing durable, heirloom-quality wood furniture utilizing solid hardwoods, beautiful veneers, and meticulous detailing (like fine carvings, custom brass hardware, and precise joinery).

Pieces like the bachelor’s chest carry that signature Stanley legacy—built to last for generations and designed with timeless details that make them just as sought-after today as when they were first crafted.

This piece, with its exceptional carved details, is now available and ready for its next chapter.

📐 Dimensions: 36.5” H x 38” W x 19.5” D

✨ Available Now! ✨

🎋 While genuine bamboo furniture dates back thousands of years to ancient Asian trade and craftsmanship, this style has a fascinating Western lineage. During the 18th and 19th centuries, European cabinetmakers began carving high-end hardwoods to meticulously replicate natural bamboo nodes, blending the airy look of tropical design with the heirloom durability of solid wood. That love for bamboo detailing saw a massive revival through mid-century and Hollywood Regency aesthetics, creating iconic statement pieces that still feel just as chic and sophisticated today.

Bringing that rich history and timeless style to life, this stunning faux-bamboo cabinet and matching mirror set features gorgeous restored wood tones, intricate turned joints, cane accents, and statement brass hardware.

Being sold together as a complete set, the cabinet measures 31 inches wide, 11½ inches deep, and 30 inches high, while the matching mirror measures 17½ inches wide and 43 inches long. It’s an absolute dream for small spaces—compact enough for an entryway, narrow hallway, or even a powder room, while offering that much-needed stylish extra storage.

If you’ve been looking for a versatile statement piece to elevate your space, this set is ready for its next home.

Send a DM for more details and pictures! 💌
