#blackouttuesday As being part black I have personally seen the racism that the black community has struggled with especially what my dad has had to deal with his entire life. My dad is one of the strongest people I know and I know how hard it has been for him to stay this way. No matter how the world treats him my dad is always standing up strong. Just because he is strong doesn’t mean he doesn’t struggle. This is just one of the many reasons why something needs to change. Their rights have always been blatantly taken away and they don’t feel safe anywhere. Change NEEDS to happen and that starts with everyone. It doesn’t matter what your skin color is. Everyone needs plays a part in standing up for the injustice in our country. Everyone should donate if they are able to and if your aren’t you can still stand up by signing petitions and just having these hard conversations with your friends and family about the blatant racism in the country. I’m here to stand with my fellow brothers and sisters. by @justinmitchel07
