Over 40 middle school players (and some little brothers) from all over the suburbs came out tonight for Vahl Bros Open Runs. Some of the best young talent in the state of Illinois.

No coaches, no refs. Just some good, competitive basketball.

They currently play with/against each other in travel basketball. In the next few years they will be playing with/against each other in high school and eventually competing for college scholarships. But for now they’re just having fun and making each other better by competing against one another on the court .

Thank you to all of the young hoopers for coming out tonight and the parents for getting them there on short notice. We will be doing it again soon. If you missed out and would like to make the next one, shoot me a message.

Shout out to @fats529 for the amazing photos! More to come!

Thank you @shoot360_naperville for hosting us. One of the best basketball facilities in Illinois.

2028 Ethan Vahl was making his presence felt at the Crossroads Elite Invitational.

Playing with confidence, competing on both ends and showing why his name continues to be one to watch in the Class of 2028. Vahl put together a strong showing against some of the top talent in his class. @ethanvahl by @justinvahl
