My little brother, my best friend, and my inspiration for 20 years, lost his life on 12/16/24.

Austin you weren’t just my little brother. You were my hero. There’s no one in this world I felt more connected with. The Bond we share as brothers is truly unbreakable.

For 20 years, I was blessed to call you my best friend, creating countless unforgettable memories together. I was always told to be your role model, to lead by example because you looked up to me. But the truth is I looked up to you. Your work ethic, patience, love for life, and positivity, were things I aspired to have every day.

My heart is shattered knowing we’ll never see each other again.

Growing up, it was always you and me against the world. We were inseparable, doing everything together, always by each others side. At any any moment we could count on one another, no matter what. You were the most genuine person I knew, always speaking your truth and knowing I’d do the same. We could talk about everything, and nothing at the same time, that connection was unlike anything else.

You were the best little brother anyone could ask for. From the way you treated others to the way you inspired me to be the best version of myself. Everything I did, I did for you. I wanted to be the best big brother I could, to guide you, protect you, and help you learn from my mistakes. I loved teaching you everything I knew whether it was about life or working out. Watching you thrive in the gym over the past few months made me happier then you could ever imagine.

You were becoming an incredible young man with limitless potential.

I will cherish every memory we shared and hold you close to my heart forever. I will think of you everyday and ensure your light continues to shine. I will carry the love, kindness, and positivity you brought to everyone around you. Austin you had no idea the impact you had on me and everyone who knew you. Even a quick conversation with you could brighten my day.

There’s so much I wish I could say to you, but no way to say it.

I love you more than words can express, Austin Owen Dean. May you rest in the sweetest peace. Until we meet again. by @justinxdean

If you want to target your biceps on incline curls make sure you keep your shoulders back and avoid letting your elbows drift forward as you curl.

Comment 10% for the plan I used to lose over 20 lbs without giving up my favorite foods

Eating whole foods can help you feel more energized, fuller, and less bloated, but fat loss ultimately comes down to how many calories you’re eating, not just what you’re eating.

Wish I knew this as a beginner ⬇️

If your goal is to build muscle, stop overlooking cables.

Yes, dumbbells are great for building muscle. But if you want greater control over the weight and more consistent tension on the muscle you’re targeting, cables are the way to go. They allow you to control each rep, and maximize time under tension.

You and me 🤍 by @justinxdean

If I had to chose one I would do the incline smith machine press over a plate loaded press any day of the week, you have more control over the rep and get a better stretch

Send this to the person that needs to stop ego lifting 😂 by @justinxdean

No seated row machine? You should be doing a cable row instead.

Even if you have an incline fly machine, I’d still choose the incline cable fly. You get a better range of motion and more control throughout the movement, making it easier to focus on your upper chest.
