Tortellini Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 onion, diced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2-3 cloves minced garlic
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
• 1 package three-cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
• 2 cups frozen spinach
• Grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions:

1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add olive oil.
2. Add the diced onions and minced garlic, cooking until the onions turn translucent.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and stir.
4. Add the can of diced tomatoes, followed by the three-cheese tortellini and frozen spinach.
5. Let everything simmer together until the tortellini is cooked through and the spinach is heated.
6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

My husband is COMPETITIVE! a bit annoying to golf with I’m not going to lie ! I probably won’t make this mistake again. So ………I’m announcing I’m currently taking applications to join my ladies only golf group!
To qualify you must 1) like to partake in day drinking 2) play for funzies 3) quit at any point we just don’t want to play anymore and go to club house for lunch and of course another drinkie poo !
