La cosa che i migliori parrucchieri non ti dicono. 👀

Il risultato che vedi allo specchio non nasce quando ti siedi in poltrona.

Spesso comincia molto prima.

Quando il salone è chiuso alle clienti e il team studia, prova, fa domande, mette in discussione abitudini e approfondisce prodotti e protocolli.

Siamo da Vincent Hair Factory, durante una giornata di formazione con Jackie, formatrice Kevin Murphy.

E la cosa più interessante è che non si tratta semplicemente di “imparare a usare un prodotto”.

Si parte dalle esigenze reali del salone, dai servizi che vengono eseguiti ogni giorno e dalle diverse tipologie di capelli che i professionisti si trovano davanti.

Perché avere ottimi prodotti non basta.

Bisogna sapere quale scegliere, perché sceglierlo, come utilizzarlo e soprattutto quando NON utilizzarlo.

Ed è qui che la formazione arriva fino a te.

In una consulenza più precisa.
In un trattamento scelto perché serve davvero ai tuoi capelli.
Nella capacità di adattare prodotti e protocolli invece di proporre la stessa soluzione a tutti.
E, alla fine, nel risultato che vedi allo specchio.

Forse i migliori parrucchieri non ti raccontano tutte le ore che passano a formarsi.

Ma quelle ore, sui tuoi capelli, si vedono.

La prossima volta che vai dal tuo parrucchiere, fagli questa domanda:

“Qual è l’ultima cosa nuova che hai imparato?”

A volte, la prima impressione è quella più sbagliata.

Da fuori sembra solo frenesia. Da dentro scopri che ogni movimento ha un senso, ogni professionista sa esattamente cosa fare e ogni dettaglio contribuisce a un unico obiettivo.

È stato un piacere vedere all’opera i parrucchieri che ogni giorno incontro nei saloni, questa volta protagonisti di un contesto completamente diverso, ma con la stessa passione, tecnica e dedizione. by @justjackiefung

Some of the most unforgettable places
are hidden where you least expect

A tiny, beautifully curated restaurant
in the middle of nowhere on Jeju Island —
refined cooking, thoughtful wines,
and an atmosphere that felt like magic.

It always moves me deeply
to find people who follow their own direction —
outside the box, guided by taste, depth, and passion

Every moment there felt special…
and the food?
Absolutely unforgettable!

The best pork (jeju black pig) I’ve ever eaten —
and Oliver devoured it too…
which, as we all know,
means it passed the highest standards 🫣🙄

Places like this don’t just set the bar —
they create memories
that stay with you long after the last bite

Fashion weeks, fast cities, and familiar souls.

Reuniting with my beloved KM family from across the world filled my heart more than words can say.
From Málaga to Singapore and now Milan — Jessie and I somehow keep finding each other on this wild ride.
Seeing my KM tribe from the U.S. again honestly brought tears to my eyes —- it’s been over 7 years!!!!! 🥹
And all the friends I have met in the EMEA team … each time we come together, I feel more at “home” 🫶
So grateful for a global family that shares the same passion, creativity, and magic.

And of course… my tiny partner in crime, #oliveramigonifung — the best little adventure buddy a mama could ask for.

Six years of Oliver Amigoni Fung… and somehow my heart keeps finding new ways to explode. 💛✨

I’ve never known a love so unconditional, so deeply rooted in every part of who I am.
From day one, he’s been my greatest adventure —
curious, fearless, hilarious, empathetic, caring, loving…
a little soul who sees the world with wonder and reminds me to do the same.

There aren’t enough words to explain how much joy he brings into every single day.
All I know is that he makes me want to be better —
a better woman, a better mother, a better human —
so I can keep showing him the world, discovering new places, new moments, new magic together.

TEXTURE.SHAPE.FINISH

Oggi abbiamo viaggiato tra tutte le texture — dal liscio al mosso, dal riccio al super coily 🌀
Capire la struttura, leggere la forma naturale… e poi esaltarla, non cancellarla.

E sì… abbiamo fatto talmente tanti TWISTS che le dita hanno fatto la loro sessione di palestra 💪🤣

Grazie a tutte per l’energia, la curiosità e la voglia di crescere.
Crescere significa scegliere di esserci — e oggi lo avete fatto.
