one very HAPPY HYROXer 🥳

I might’ve competed solo, but this whole journey of my first @hyroxamerica was anything but solo 🥹 So thankful for the @f45_training_kingsgate fam & coaches for always making training fun - seriously couldn’t have done it w/o y’all ❤️

And to all my real ones for always supporting my crazy wild dreams 🥰 We love a girl w/ #goals 🤭

WOW i hit 3k & i’m SO thankful for this IG community 🥰🥹❤️

Thought I should share some fun pics & facts about me that you might not know:
1️⃣ HCMC/Saigon 🇻🇳 is my hometown - I was born & grew up there for the first 12 years of my life 🤗
2️⃣ I’m a 2x @uwalum 💜💛 #skodawgs 🐾 - got both my undergrad & masters degrees in Communication/Digital Media and I currently work in corporate comms & project management 👩‍💻
3️⃣ I’ve always been active throughout my life - played 🏀 in ms & hs, some 🎾 & discovered running during covid & ran my first ever full @honolulumarathon last December (currently in recovering period but hoping to get out there again soon for more marathons 🙏) & also discovered so many new workout routines that I love thru @trufusionwashington (one of them being aerial yoga & 🥊 is also super fun)! Currently trying out @classpass 🤩
4️⃣ I also love watching 🏀 - huge @seattlestorm & @warriors & @theycallmetisse fan over here (so lmk if you wanna go to some games tgt) 👀
5️⃣ I am obsessed with @costco and apparently buying food @squishmallows & @zuru.toys 🥰
6️⃣ 🍦is superior and so is hojicha & matcha (@nanasgreenteawa you have my whole ❤️)
7️⃣ bruh i am so lightweight 🥃🚫🍺 🫡

So glad to have met so many wonderful people through this community & cannot wait to meet many more peeps 🤗 taken in Thankful :) by @justkimdoit

@lululemon Seattle Q3 Ambassador Gathering was truly so magical 🤩

@audreysuttonmills led us through a restful breathing & grounding practice 😇

We got to spend time connecting with each other & enjoying community 🫶

Then we enjoyed a beautiful dinner 📍@seattleasainart catered by @shoobydoocatering 😍

We also walked away with some amazing @lululemon goodies & merch 🙌 Dusty Diamond crew ftw 💎💙

Thank you so much @annie.m.cavanagh & all the lululemon Seattle store teams for putting together a wonderful experience for us 🥰

Kicking off October 📍@swanstrailfarms Great Harvest Glow 🎃👻🧡

A one-of-a-kind nighttime experience where autumn comes alive in lights 🤩

This family-friendly nighttime experience begins with a wagon ride out to the Glow 🤗

When the wagon arrives, you’ll get off and explore a roughly ½-mile walking path filled with glowing pumpkin displays, lights, photo opportunities, and surprises around every corner. Wander through glowing pumpkin displays, dazzling lighted pathways, and immersive moments designed to spark wonder around every corner 📸

Make a full evening of it! Come early for Barnyard fun beginning at 5pm while you wait for your scheduled wagon ride. Food locations, the Donut Barn, Country Store and Pumpkin Patch stay open late on Glow nights. The final wagon departs at 8:30pm.

@kindredtea.co started with a pretty simple idea: they wanted a tea shop they’d want to spend time in 🤗

@aimsvich & Ray love tea in all its forms from matcha and hojicha to jasmine, Thai tea, and whatever they happen to be drinking next 👀

Their tastes have been shaped by the places they come from, the places they’d lived, and the cups of tea they’ve had along the way 🙌
