“The biggest adventure you can ever take is to live the life of your dreams.” @oprah 💜 I pulled out my Purple and got the chance to attend the @oprahpodcast (coming out soon) and to meet and bring Oprah some photographs that I got from @the_maya_douglas of our dearly departed mutual friend @theonlychillipepperchicago.

This moment meant the world to me and I am so glad that I was able to get a small memento of our friend to her. So grateful for the friendship they had for decades, because Chilli was an amazing person. Having watched the Oprah Show since I was very young, I grew to love and adore her as not only a talk show host, but a humanitarian, a teacher, and a Renaissance woman of unparalleled proportions. Her story inspires me and many others to be resilient in the face of adversity on a daily basis.

Thank you to @jznotthatjayz for facilitating this beautiful moment. @oprahdaily #oprah #oprahpodcast taken in New York, New York by @justlouieg
