I GRADUATED FROM MY 10 WEEK LONG SWALLOWING REHAB SHIT TODAYYYYYYYY 💖💖💖💖

Not pictured: a paper showing level 1-11, of increasing swallowing difficulties/densities that i started at 0 on (bc they literally had to start me on water and ice chips bc it was so bad at the start💀).

I said in the last one, it’s really only been this last week or so where I’ve had no issue eating for the first time since over a year ago. Although I’m still figuring out an autoimmune disease management plan going forward as there are still ZERO allergists to this day taking new patients in Spokane so it’s basically you and your PCP figuring it out together lmao (stellar medical system, stellar nationwide insurance scamming ass system), I am still taking the W and am still sooo fucking proud of myself!!!! I have come so fucking far! My symptoms are very overall minimal now and I am basically back to living normally within reason (🧿🧿🧿). 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I am a completely new and different person from who i was a year ago. I went from fully having to accept imminent death, including signing a DNR and writing out my fucking upon death wishes, to graduating and eating completely normal today. I have an outlook on life now that I will never lose, truly nothing matters more than your happiness, health, and safety. Other than that, I have learned so fucking much in the last few months via putting myself out there socially and saying yes when i wouldve said no previously, idk i’m just so happy!!!!!!!! And excited for life going forward!!!!!! 🥰
