1 year
87lbs down
From 4xl- 2xl/Xl
Size 24 to 18

In 1 year I’m no longer pre diabetic, I’m off the high blood pressure medication, I’m no longer considered anemic, and I’ve found peace in my body. It sounds dramatic, but this year I’ve felt like I’ve met myself for the first time and I understand what I’m capable of doing. It’s less about the weight and more about being genuinely happy and healthy. I don’t have anxiety about going to the doctor. I’m Able to walk without back pain. I feel like I’m showing up better for myself and it seeps into every aspect of my life.
This is just the beginning. There’s still work to be done, but I’m happy to be on this journey.

Year 4 💗
Easily the most difficult but most fulfilling year so far. I’m amazed everyday that we have a physical representation of our love. I’m so blessed that I get to do this lifetime with you. Who would’ve thought I’d be here with the goofy guy from 9th grade English class 😂 I love you @sxt_shadow24 💗 by @justmedionna
