Going through brain surgery for hydrocephalus last year changed my perspective on health. It reminded me that we’re not here forever, so we have to take care of ourselves. Get your yearly checkups, check your blood work, and don’t ignore what your body is telling you. That’s why I like Rhythm—it gives you the opportunity to monitor your health regularly and catch anything abnormal early so you can ask the right questions and take action. One thing I’ve learned is that the VA won’t always advocate for you, so you have to advocate for yourself. Your health is worth fighting for.

I was dealing with some major brain fog while recording this, and that’s just part of my reality. A lot of people don’t understand when I forget things, but it’s not intentional. We could have a conversation one week, and I honestly might not remember it the next. That’s just something I navigate every day.

Mexico City was nothing short of amazing, especially experiencing it with friends. From the food to the tequila, every moment exceeded my expectations. The city carries itself with such beauty, culture, and grace.

I loved every minute of it. I touched the clouds, made unforgettable memories, and was reminded just how precious life is—especially when you’re surrounded by the right people.
