Happy National Tea Day !!! Well what is more British than a good ol cuppa?!

I must admit I am a coffee person, especially first thing in the mornings, BUT my favourite tea has to be a lovely 'Earl Grey', or if I really have time a proper cup of 'Chai'.

Now picture this... you have 10 minutes to enjoy your chosen cuppa, 10 minutes without interuptions, sat in your favourite spot, you take a deep breath, and watch the steam rise from your cup, then you go for your favourite snack next to it... mine would be a @nourish.growcookenjoy apricot & almond flapjack 😋 rich, satisfying and perfectly crumbling into my mouth. 🥰 What is your must have snack with your cuppa?? by @justrayeesa

My lamb and aubergine biryani, took me back to Hyderabad !!! The aromas were divine, with the richness of the tender lamb and the whole spices and saffron scent mingled with the caramelised onions and herbs … 🤤🤤🤤

If you’re feeling adventurous why not give it a go … let me know if you want the recipe 👊🏽

What a lovely evening with @shyaspicekitchen and her family 🙏🏽🥰👊🏽😋 where I got to taste some delicious Pakistani food 🫶🏽 So great to eat home cooked food and get to hear her story and her passion for cooking and teaching others about her native cuisine. If you live in the Lydney area (or even if you don’t 😜) you need to check out and book on her cookery days and or pop up events … you will not be disappointed and like me enjoy such culinary delights as lamb karahi and chicken biryani and homemade naan 😜😋🙌🏽 by @justrayeesa

These 2 words in the bible are so powerful 🙏🏽👊🏽

Jesus Wept …

If you are grieving today, hurt and feeling crushed or feeling lost and alone in your circumstances…

Know that Jesus weeps with you 😭😭😭
