I was gonna write a cool lil quote but i’d rather vent for a lil bit. the past several months have definitely been the most challenging for me in my entire life lol. i’ve lost jobs, love, childhood friends, my freedom, relationships with family & even myself. plenty of valuable pieces that made me who I was. I tend to overthink so much that I feel out of place whenever i’m around ppl. I feel like they can sense my off-balance, which makes them develop the wrong impression of me so I just try to avoid ppl. I experienced social anxiety for the first time ever this year which forced me to stay to myself and caused me to turn down numerous photoshoots. but as time goes by I realize nothing’s gonna ever get better if I keep trying to just dodge everything.. i’m just hindering myself from growing opportunities. i’m definitely grateful for the handful of ppl God’s already had in my life, the new ones who he just brought in & anyone who supports me. I haven’t always been the most appreciative, but losing everything can definitely humble you & allow you to sense the true value in the things you’ve always taken for granted. i’m slowly working on finding myself again in the things I love the most & have a passion for. I know i’m not alone, so I wrote this for myself & for others in hopes that it can help you acknowledge certain things & maybe inspire you too. I appreciate & love everyone who took the time out to read this. once you learn & understand the purpose in certain things & experiences.. whether they be good or bad, you’ll also soon begin to find value 🦁 💌 taken in Dreamville by @justrelaxprince
