So YES, that’s right! I went on Kendra G Singles… but for a different reason! 😉😂

To rebuild and strengthen people’s relationships with RUNNING and WALKING, of course!
Would you go on a Walk/ Running Date?

Even though have my own virtual Lace Up Challenge happening right now, I thought it would be fun to switch things up and experience the Chicago Hot Chocolate Run for the FIRST time!
And it turned into a family affair 🥰☕🍫🏃🏾‍♀️

From hitting notes to hitting the pavement🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️I love this for @arilennoxfitness #runningcommunity #running #trailrunning #Lacesoverplaces by @justrunwith_osh

The plan was 3.5 miles… but my body felt like 5.02 was the assignment. 😂🏃🏾‍♀️

Some days you follow the plan. Other days, you listen to your body and surprise yourself. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s showing up, building consistency, and doing what you can with what you have. 💪🏾 And you don’t have to do it alone! Join the Lace Up Challenge 🔗 in bio
And yes my @gymwrap came through today💜

Sometimes you don’t need a whole pep talk.
You just need to pump yourself up and say…LET’S GO.

But if you need a pep talk I gotchu Good Morning ☀️ #runningcommunity #getitdone💪 #running #Lacesoverplaces by @justrunwith_osh

Plot twist: You can’t control every run. You just have to lace up, show up, and keep going. 🏃🏾‍♀️#runningcommunity #lacesoverplaces #chicago #getitdone💪 #chicagorunning by @justrunwith_osh

30 minutes is what I had so I made it count! A good warm up, 3 miles and done ✅ Sometimes we don’t need more time we just have to make the time that we have work for us.

Want a little extra motivation? Join me in the Lace Up Challenge and complete your 5K your own time, your own way, and win a @gymwrap #runnerscommunity #lacesoverplaces #runningcommunity #chicago #laceupchallenge by @justrunwith_osh
