Thank you guys for helping me pick that little black dress lol. Today, I dropped back into the 100s for the first time in over 10 years. And I’m not going to lie… this moment is emotional.
Over the last 1 year and 7 months, I’ve lost 68.2 pounds and it did not come easy. There were no shortcuts. No crash diets. No magic fixes. I did this the hard way. I eliminated frozen and canned foods. I cut out processed foods, high-fructose corn syrup and sugar. I increased my water intake, started lifting, staying active.
I showed up even on the days I didn’t feel like it.
I changed my lifestyle not just my weight.
And today, VeSync reminded me of just how far I’ve come by alerting me that I officially dropped out of the 200s. That number represents more than pounds. It represents discipline, healing, self-respect and choosing myself over and over again.
For those who knew me a little over a year and a half ago ….68 pounds heavier …. I hope you’ll clap with me today. This win means more than you know. While I still have more to go, today I pause to celebrate how far I’ve already come.
Here’s to consistency self-love and growth both inside and out.😄❤️#goals #bodygoals #lifestyle changes, taken in Rockledge, Florida by @justsojass

Hair up acknowledges the room.
Hair down already assessed it.

Confidence hits different when it’s earned.
Today I had the opportunity to represent Wellcare at UNF, and moments like this always remind me how much growth happens quietly.
Leadership is not always a spotlight. Sometimes it’s a conversation. A smile. A moment to bring clarity to someone who simply needed understanding.
Growth isn’t noise.
It’s capacity.
Capacity to lead with confidence.
Capacity to serve with intention.
Capacity to represent something bigger than yourself with grace.
Professional. Prepared. Present.
Grateful for the room.
Grateful for the responsibility.
Grateful I kept building.
I don’t just show up.
I represent.

And everybody wonders why I’m in insurance 😂
The numbers will make it make sense EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. People hear “insurance” and think policies, paperwork and phone calls. I see residual income, scalability and a business that keeps paying you for work you already did. I didn’t choose this industry by accident. Once you understand the numbers, you understand why I’m still here. Insurance might not look pretty from the outside… but baby, the math is BEAUTIFUL. 😂 by @justsojass

You can’t build an empire looking average. All I need is @fentybeauty gloss, @shirae_the_locgoddess_ hands for braids and @house_of_beautyjax patience with my natural nail journey. They makes sure of that 💆🏾‍♀️💅🏾💋❤️

You survived things that once tried to break you. Smile. You’re still here and you’re still becoming everything you prayed for. taken in Florida by @justsojass

They told you it was too far. Too expensive. Too impossible. Too late.

But sometimes the places you only dreamed about are waiting on the version of you that refuses to quit. Keep working. Keep believing. Keep moving. One day your “maybe” becomes your memory.

What’s one bucket list destination you’re speaking into existence right now?

They’ll notice the results later.
They rarely notice the discipline early.
Execution is a lifestyle. Excellence never clocks out.
So it’s cool… if they’re sleeping on you, let them take a nap.
They didn’t miss your start. They dismissed your process.

Real Estate prospecting in Murray Hill landed me at @communityloaves today. I’m really glad I stopped in.

It’s one of those places that just feels like a local staple. Good food, good energy and the kind of environment you don’t rush through.

They have a breakfast and lunch menu made with fresh ingredients, a staff you will fall in love with and they even sell sourdough starters for the bakers!

If you’re in the area, you should definitely check them out. But don’t drag your feet, they close at 2 daily.
