🇩🇰🍓 En klassisk Strawberry Daiquiri, men i 2026 klæder. 🍓🇩🇰- En cocktail jeg virkelig hader, men som hurtigt kan gøres lækker!Ja... Jeg har altid hadet tanken om den frosne Strawberry Daiquiri serveret i et kæmpe glas der er piv akavet at drikke af og er kamp grimt!!Så derfor gik tanken herhjemme på at gøre den lidt mere fin på den, og for at kunne gøre det, skulle der selvfølgelig laves en jordbær likør, her brugte jeg @planterayrum 3 stars og kastede 500g danske jordbær på.Lod det trække i 5 dage.Derefter suppleret med en god tyk hjemmelavet jordbær sirup.For syre, brugte jeg selvfølgelig citron juice fra @bardjus En enkelt æggehvide for cremet konsistens og en anelse Planteray Cut & Dry for et lag mere og en lille note af ristet kokos.- Jeg kunne drikke (og gør også) Planteray Cut & Dry rent! 🥥🥥Opskrift:3cl Jordbær likør.1.5cl Planteray Cut & Dry.2cl Citron juice.1 æggehvide. Shake uden is først, derefter med is.Server I Coupé glas og garnish IKKE MED EN PARAPLY! ✌️🤯 by @juulsengros

Planteray Tropical Week is up and running. It’s a DK-wide initiative to have everyone feel a bit like Holiday at Home.
