Let me save this for my children, to let them know that it is not my own generation that spoil this country to this level we are today, cuz I don't enjoy all what this man stated.

This is a campaign poster in 1983. Now, in 2026, about 43 years later, which one has been achieved in Nigeria?

Cuz is like they added pepper 🌶️ with the ongoing one now. by @juvalour

You will agree with me that whatever craft or business our parents were involved in, we automatically discovered and learned how they did their work then.

Even if the children were not interested in that same job, they still knew about it. The fact is, did you know that most people (not all) eventually fall back on their parents’ type of craft or business, and many of them are doing well in it?

These days, some parents do not even pray for their children to go into their line of craft or discipline. In many cases, the children are not even interested in their parents’ jobs or work.

Here is my 3-year-old child, eager to learn how his father creates adverts content for his bikes business. One fact stands sure in life: either you sell something directly, or you are employed to work in a company that has a product to sell.

What I discovered early in my life is the importance of believing in myself and putting my trust in God.

I opened myself to learning because I realized that formal education alone might not be enough to take me directly to where my vision is headed.

God is always backing me up. There was a day I went to the FADAMA Office in Abuja to advertise one of the things I do (when I was still in school). I met a woman whose name I still do not know to this day. Immediately I opened my browser and clicked on the search bar, the woman said, “Wow! You are always searching ‘How to… How to…’.” She added, “I like people who search for more knowledge.” I replied, “Thank you, ma.”

Moral Lesson: Formal education is not enough in modern-day Nigeria.

P.S.: Some people will still say this picture is AI. Yes, it is AI 😂
