19th June 2026: @coryjaydon and I went to see "Toy Story 5".It was great to hang out with an old best friend of mine again, and in the same spot no less: the Odeon cinema in Epsom (@odeoncinemas). We certainly appreciated getting away from the hot weather for over two hours.As for "Toy Story 5", it exceeded my expectations. It has a slow start and a couple of clunky bits. But once it gets going, it delivers some of the IP's best material yet. After an eventual rewatch on DVD for confirmation, it might surpass the original as my second favourite in the series. My ranking looks like this at the moment:1. Toy Story 2 (10/10)2. Toy Story 1 & 5 (10/10)3. Toy Story 4 (9/10)4. Toy Story 3 (9/10)After the banal "Elio" and hollow "Hoppers", it was reassuring to see that @pixar can still make gold when it counts. — 5th of June 2026.I saw "The Amazing Digital Circus: The Last Act", produced by @glitch_prod, at a cinema in Epsom (@odeoncinemas). I have to say it was one of the best moviegoing experiences I've had in my nearly-twenty-seven years of living.To those itching to watch it when it arrives on YouTube, what awaits you is "The Amazing Digital Circus" at its most emotionally and ambiguously compelling and rewarding - essentially at its absolute best.Thank you, Gooseworx, for creating this incredible series. 16th of May 2026: I went to see "Shrek" on the big screen for the first time."Shrek" is a classic that's as entertaining now as it was 25 years ago. 💚 9/10 💚Besides seeing it at the same Epsom @odeoncinemas I went to last time to see "The Super Mario Galaxy Movie" (what an amazing viewing experience that was), I roamed around the high street a bit, welcomed myself to an expensive hot chocolate (not as good as the best ones I have at @popsandtwine) and bought myself a sun hat. "Zelda's Adventure" for the Philips CD-i saw a UK release thirty years ago.The game was produced by Lee Barnes and directed by Anna Roth. I couldn't find them anywhere during my years of sparse research. In general, the staff is almost impossible to track down, due to niche portfolios and their lack of recorded activity since the game's release. But I was able to find the composer. If you're seeing this, Mark Andrade (@retrostalgic), I appreciate what you and the rest of the team did to make "Zelda's Adventure" a reality.To anyone in the UK who has a Philips CD-i and a copy of this game, feel free to message me. celebrates 10 years of "The Loud House".NOTE: Initially, I was going to tag as much of the staff who worked on this programme as I could. But after thinking about it, I felt doing that would not only be mentally exhausting (over a hundred people have worked on this programme), but also problematic. Long story short, I didn't want to come off as a stranger with life-dedication issues. I went today (23/04/2026) to @chessingtonworldofadventures.I went on a bunch of rides, played some games, enjoyed food here and there, bought a vampire umbrella, lost out on a gigantic Jigglypuff plushie and soaked in the likeable weather. All in the span of seven hours (10 am to 5 pm).Overall, Chessington World of Adventures Resort was a fun, substantial dose of nostalgia. I used to come here yearly for the most part until my last visit in 2016. Loved it as a kid always, and that hasn't changed much. It's still a blast after all these years, doubly so thanks to the usually excruciating lines being mostly non-existent.Favourite ride: Tiger Rock (used to be branded as Dragon Falls).Favourite food: Vanilla Ice Cream (best ice cream I've had in years).Favourite game: Super Bikes 3 (steering on a motorbike was good fun).#chessington #chessingtonworldofadventures #uk #unitedkingdom #2026 by @juvenage_imagination

I went to @waterstones_epsom today to meet @emmaswanauthor.(11/04/2026)Emma was a riot with the kids. She was fun, bubbly and lovable all-around. She even quickly recognised who I was based on my personality (likely). I talked to her about what a computer game based on "Cruise Ship Kid" would play like (a text adventure), plus shared some of my ideas of what stories I want to write when I become a children's author eventually. She referred to me as "imaginative". I corrected her by saying a variance of, "I'm not imaginative as much as I'm insane."Thanks for such a fun afternoon, Emma.
