11 years of keeping it 100% with the craft, was not easy but it looks easy, there were days i didn’t feel like going but sitdown and be lazy on my bed, but i forced myself to showup again and again and again.
If i can do it so can you!!! STAYWOKE #nodaysoff #fitness #lifestyle #gymrat #staywoke by @juxtking__

NOTHING SERIOUS, just a lifestyle i have learnt to apprehend and adapt myself to over time and its been indeed better than waking up, lazy, not wanting to do nothing productive even when i am broken down this is always my go to path than making excuses for myself everyday!!! THESE DAYS I HAVE BEEN DOING SOME THINGS THAT I HAVENT DONE IN A WHILE, PUTTING IN MORE WORK ON MY CARDIO JOURNEY AND TAKING AWAY OLD HABITS THAT IS MOT NEEDED AND IMPLIFYING NEW BETTER ONES…… Change is just something that comes with it, i feel more lighter, i haven’t ran long distance in Years and i be running 2mile track like 10-15times non stop, the journey wasn’t easy but the fact that i am 10toes down and going got me this far…..
