One of our favorite things is documenting couples as they celebrate one of the most important days of their lives.

There’s something so special about witnessing the rush of the day, from getting ready, to the anticipation and nerves before the “I do,” to that incredible moment of relief when you finally say “Okay, we did it!” And then… the party begins. 🥂✨

It’s an incredible joy to be invited into these moments and capture them as they unfold. And it’s even better when you get to work alongside other people who feel that same joy and passion.

Forever I do. ✨

Loving you is such a sweet treat. I’m so grateful that the Lord thought you up for me, that He knew exactly who I would need beside me and who would make this life so much sweeter.

I’d choose you in every season, in every version of life. I’d choose you through the easy days and the hard ones and everything in between.

Thank you for loving me, challenging me, and annoying me to no end. And thank you for helping bring the cutest, smartest little baby into this world. 🥹🤍

4 years today. 🤍

Today felt like one of those “off” days, even though its a day that is worth celebrating. it’s our 4th year wedding anniversary.

Then I realized why.

Though today marks our 4th year of marriage, it also marks 3 months since my dad passed away. I wasn’t consciously thinking about it, but my body remembered. It carried the weight of that day, even when my mind wasn’t focused on it.

And I think that’s part of why I’m reminded today that who you marry really does matter.

It’s not just about the beautiful, Pinterest-worthy photos. It’s not just about the cute dates, the celebrations, or posting each other.

It matters because life will happen.

You will face grief. You will face anxiety. You will face seasons of great opposition. And when those moments come, who is standing beside you matters.

Job’s wife told him to curse God and die. Who you choose matters.

When you have “mud” in your eyes and can’t see clearly, who you choose matters.

When you’re grieving, who you choose matters.

When life feels heavy, who you choose matters.

And I’m so grateful that I chose you, @emyyboo

You are peace in the storm, calm in the chaos, and joy in the midst of grief. You remind me that I don’t have to walk through the hard things alone.

I’m grateful to build the Kingdom with you. Grateful for the family we’re building. Grateful for the life, the laughter, the hard seasons, and every beautiful thing in between.

This has been our best year yet and can’t wait for what’s to come.
