Welcome to Prairie Dog Cards! 🌾

Over the last while, what started as a hobby has turned into something we’re genuinely passionate about. We buy, sell, collect, and talk cards just about every day—and we’ve been having an absolute blast doing it together.

Whether it’s sports cards, Pokémon, Disney, Star Wars, One Piece, or other collectibles, we’re all about the hobby, the stories behind the cards, and the people we meet along the way.

Most Thursday nights you’ll find us live on Whatnot, hanging out with collectors from all over, opening packs, selling singles, sharing laughs, and just enjoying the community. That’s really what Prairie Dog Cards is about—a fun, laid-back place where everyone is welcome.

🏌️‍♂️🍻 GRIP & SIP INVITATIONAL 2026 🍻🏌️‍♂️

Another year in the books, and what a weekend it was.

16 golfers. 2 teams. 45 holes. Countless drinks. Endless laughs.

From the opening tee shot on Friday afternoon to the final putt on Saturday evening, Jackfish Golf & Lodge once again delivered the perfect setting for an unforgettable weekend with the boys.

The competition was tight all weekend long, with Team Senger and Team Pocock battling back and forth right down to the final 4-man scramble. After a hard-fought battle, Team Pocock came away with the victory and earned bragging rights for the next year. 🏆

More important than the scores were the memories made. The chirps, the stories, the late nights, the unbelievable shots, the terrible shots, and everything in between.

A special moment this year was taking time to remember Rob “Whitey” Whiting. His presence was felt throughout the weekend.

Dad,

It’s hard to believe it’s been a year. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about you.

You left us far too soon, and cancer may have taken your body, but it never took your spirit. You were the strongest man I’ve ever known — not just in how you fought, but in how you lived.

You were more than an amazing father. You were my example. My teacher. My steady hand.

I’ll always picture you excited to show me photos from a hunt or a fishing trip — proud of the animals you’d seen, the stories behind them, the quiet patience of the outdoors that you loved so much. You taught me how to appreciate nature, how to respect it, and how to slow down and really look at the world around me.

I think about you on the golf course too. The way you laughed with your friends, the way you loved the game — not just for the score, but for the company. You showed me that life isn’t just about work. It’s about moments. It’s about the people you share them with.

And your cooking… no one fed people the way you did. You didn’t just make food — you made people feel welcome. You made people feel cared for. That was who you were. You gave. You always gave.

You were the kind of man people looked up to without even realizing it. Strong but kind. Tough but gentle. Quietly generous. The kind of father every son hopes to have.

I miss you more than words can ever say. I miss your voice. Your stories. Your advice. Your presence.

But I carry you with me — in the outdoors, on the golf course, around the table with friends, and in the way I try to treat people. The best parts of me came from you.

Thank you for every lesson, every laugh, every memory.

I love you forever, Dad.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, But rather to skid in broadside, throughly used up, totally worn out and LOUDLY proclaiming… WOW - what a ride!!

He lived his life the way he wanted. Can’t believe you are gone. But I know you are at peace. I love you Dad. Miss you and will carry you in my heart for the rest of my life. I wouldn’t be the man I am today without you. I appreciate you forever and always.

…I don’t even know how to start this. After already losing two of our dogs this year. Unfortunately another member of our family has passed away…
I rescued Mister when he was 3 years old. Not only my first rescue but basically my first cat. He was always very vocal and loved to sneak outside when the doors open.

Yesterday was a tough day… started out like any other day but started to slide fast. My heart breaks for my love Selina Daniel 💔🐾. We had to say goodbye to Moni. Her partner in crime for the last 14 years. She lived a great life and was loved so much.

I only knew you for a few years but we bonded right away. We will miss you Moni 🐾 🌈. Don’t worry Charlee is waiting for you…She’ll show you around ❤️ by @jwhiting42

We were blessed with great weather and good vibes all weekend long. It was a battle between Team Peters & Team Lagria.

...it's hard to put into words the pain I feel with you gone...but I will take all that pain so you don't have to..

Today, my sweet girl Charlee lost her battle with cancer. The most difficult thing I've had to do. She was an amazing dog. She ranks up there with the best of them. I hope you enjoyed your 9 years with us. Rest Easy, my baby girl.
