30 days of training! Never run a 5K in my life, but signed up for a 10k cause I needed a new challenge in my life! I DID IT and RAN THE WHOLE 6.2 miles.

I’m the girl that used to try to get out of the mile run in high school and I voluntarily signed up for this. I’ve always created challenges for myself. 250 workouts in 2025. 300 workouts in 2026. Do I hyrox style competition in 2026, which I did, on a while the WEEK BEFORE THE 10k, but this one was personal.

I needed to be uncomfortable. I needed a challenge that would stretch my mind and body. I still can’t believe I did it 20 minutes under my previous PR.

I’m so grateful for an incredible village that showed up for me and getting to hug my baby at the end whew the tears. I know Josiah would’ve been so proud of his mama. taken in Santa Monica, California by @jworld08
