Polar Plunge for Special Olympics

February 21st, 2026
Colvin Recreation Center

Picked up a special event shift as a Supervisor and didn’t know I was going to end up in the background of an Okstate Instagram post, that was funny. Was standing behind President Hess when I wasn’t probably supposed to but it was fun. Shoutout @avery.lohmann for being there too.

My boss Jason won the Golden Plunger for helping sponsor the event and I got to meet Eskimo Joe and be a fan. Lol. President Hess jumped in for the Polar Plunge and it was nice to see all the kids there happy and laughing while celebrating a good cause.

I also addressed the nation with the podium using the Golden Plunger as shown in the first slide. Fun times! taken in Colvin Center by @jyoung.media

NBA on Prime
OKC vs. MIL
Final: 110-93 MIL
February 12th, 2026

It is now April 4th and I still have not been paid for this game which is funny to think about. Giannis and the boys came to town and this was one of Jared McCain’s first games with the Thunder. Got to sit behind the announcers table and coil cable for the handheld cam at midcourt which was sick too. Best seats in the 🏠?

Cool to see the Greek Freak come through and OKC had a ton of injuries which is why they couldn’t get the win. First game working as utility and was there for 20 hours that day. Longest day of my life but great experience. taken in Paycom Center by @jyoung.media

Not necessarily media, but I met Wyatt Flores at the Salty Bronc on a random Friday night. One of the best in the country space and he is a super nice guy! @officialwyattflores taken in The Salty Bronc by @jyoung.media

OSU Snow Day w/ @barstoolokstate and @sackjurette

January 26th, 2026

Things got a little snowy in Stillwater, Oklahoma towards the end of January and Barstool Sports stepped up to bring some fun into town on Library Lawn! I had the chance to walk around and take pictures for the snow sculpture competition featuring the OSU football team and the Drew Mestemaker Statue with Boone Pickens Stadium took first!

Met Drew Mestemaker, OSU’s new QB worth $3.5M in NIL. From Austin and he’s a great guy and is ready to attack the Big 12 next season with the Pokes.

Jackson Miller also lost a bet the day before for the Broncos game and had to jump in Theta pond. Feel bad for a brotha but he took it on the chin. Overall solid snow day and I’ll miss stuff like this at OkState the most! ☃️ taken in Edmon Low Library by @jyoung.media

Allstate Sugar Bowl
New Orleans
Caesars Superdome

Ole Miss vs. Georgia
Final: 39-34 Ole Miss
January 1st, 2026
ESPN

Insane game to be at in New Orleans, arguably game of the year. Ole Miss came in as underdogs with Lane Kiffin just leaving the program to go to LSU weeks before. Pete Golding stepped up and led this team to a sick win!

Preston fell asleep by halftime and said he’d just watch the highlights. Ran a spread offense at some chicken place in the downtown area with a homeless guy after I promised him I’d get him a 4Loko if he did it. Bro came thru but kept jumping offsides smh. 🤦‍♂️

Wild game and shoutout @hjdavid_ for having us in Nola, what a crazy way to ring in the new year. 😛😛 taken in Caesars Superdome by @jyoung.media

Second Thunder Game - First with @nbaonprime

NBA Cup Quarterfinals
OKC vs. PHO
Final: 138-89 OKC (BTA)
December 10th, 2025

First game with NBA on Prime was not a disappointment! Met some awesome people and got to see a new court design for the NBA Midseason Tournament. Got to pick up Allie Clifton, Kevin Harlan, and Jim Jackson from their hotel and bring them to the game and dropped them off after as well.

Talked to Kevin Harlan for like 20 minutes and he sounded just like from 2K, was crazy to hear. He knew my grandfather and dad when they all worked with the Kansas City Chiefs back in the 80s and was asking how they were doing and wished me good luck after the night was over. Still crazy to think about. Dropped Jim Jackson off at a cigar lounge after and he was a super chiller as well.

Thunder BTA’d this game but ended up losing to Wemby and the boys a few games later in the NBA Cup but was such a cool game to be a part of. DBook was out but Dillion Brooks was solid. taken in Paycom Center by @jyoung.media

First Thunder Game
OKC vs. DAL
Final: 132-111 OKC
December 5th, 2025
ESPN

First Thunder game as a Runner for ESPN. Got to hold a replica Finals ring from one of the Paycom Center staff guys and that was pretty cool. I think Cooper Flagg had a decent game but can’t remember too much about this one. Saw Klay, AD, Coop and Jason Kidd come off the team bus but didn’t want to be a fangirl so just lived in the moment on that one.

First time in the tunnel seeing the guys come through. Wasn’t supposed to be there but did it anyway ayeee 🏀 by @jyoung.media

Maroon 5 Concert
Little Rock, Arkansas
November 9th, 2025

Got to see Uncle Sam @samfarrar ball out on stage in Little Rock with @brooksk_2 @tatejhuff24 and @grayhendersonn. Went backstage before the show and had a few Coronas before it all got kicked off. @clairerosinkranz was an incredible opener as well.

Had some extra VIP tickets and we went up to the nosebleeds and grabbed 2 random fans to come down with us and they were freaking out! Insane night overall. Seeing them again in Milan this summer let’s goooo 🎸 taken in Simmons Bank Arena by @jyoung.media

Where it all began!

Ole Miss vs. OU
October 25th, 2025
Final: 34-26 Ole Miss
ESPN
Sideline Reporter: Molly McGrath

Incredible experience as a Runner with ESPN for my first game in the broadcasting industry. It all started with @jakebroom2 inviting me out as a fill-in and the rest was history. Hung out with @k.bumgardner_ @grant.red and @matt.mcahren during the game while they were on Utility and Parabolic Mics as well.

Got to run the monitor for Molly McGrath as she covered one of the better SEC regular season games in the 2025 season. Was right behind the post-game Lane Kiffin interview where some of the OU guys were talkin crap and that was dope to see. Got to see my boys @jonathan_haleyy @prestonjones9 and Isaiah Sategna post game to cap off a great weekend 🎥 taken in Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium by @jyoung.media
