Another one in the books for @mitchluvsfood !!!

It’s not always easy to gather larger groups together — it’s like a puzzle to coordinate availability across busy schedules these days — but I’m so happy we were able to gather this mosaic of friends of friends, acquaintances, etc. together in such a special way! The weather was perfect and every bite was so bright and flavorful. Totally the kind of bespoke experience (in a student-run garden) that instantly becomes a core memory! And leave it to the power of food, literally breaking bread, to turn strangers into new friends. We all had the best time and everyone continues to be so impressed by Mitchell’s work! We loved your art. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Food details below:
- Hummus with sumac, pita, charred crudite
- Sweet potato salad, tahini vin, pomegranate molasses, green onion caramel, pistachio, pomegranate seeds,
- Marinated egg plant, fried capers, basil blossoms
- Chicken was marinaded in preserved lemon puree and coriander, grilled, topped with coriander bud honey and cilantro
- Salad w cherry tomatoes, grilled grapes, green tea compressed cucumbers, red onion, mint, lemon balm vin whipped feta
- Buckwheat cardamom whoopie pie with tahini Italian buttercream
