The fact that I had abs in September and now I feel bloated as f*** is annoying…
But also… it’s normal.

It’s hard to accept that your body reflects your habits.. not your memories.

It’s hard to stay disciplined when comfort is easy, when routines slip, when “just one drink” turns into a pattern.

But that’s the truth nobody talks about, consistency isn’t sexy, it’s repetitive, uncomfortable, and requires you to show up even when you don’t feel like it.

My love for beer has been my biggest downfall.😭

12 days without it… and I feel the difference.

Clearer. Lighter. More in control.

Drinking is cool on SPECIAL occasions.. but I’m finally learning that discipline isn’t about restriction… it’s about alignment with who you want to be.

Temporary comfort or long-term confidence.

Got a nod of respect from an 80 year old who’s still fit and sharp. He said the work shows and reminded me to stay natural. That made my morning!
Ending the year grateful and focused.

This morning carried memories I thought I had already made peace with. Heavy thoughts, quiet moments, and emotions I didn’t expect. But growth doesn’t stop because the mind is heavy. I showed up anyway. Progress isn’t always loud.. sometimes it’s just choosing to keep going. 💪🏽 by @jzeusx
