Happy to share a new 24” reticello encalmo commission. This piece brought me back to a younger era of myself and through that process I found the joy and curiosity I held so long ago. Thank you endlessly to the couple who asked for this to inhabit their home. And as always, thank you all for looking. 🫶🏻 by @k.e.d._glass

Good morning world,
Recently I had the great honor of working on a passion project for @umbrabrooklyn on 785 Hart street, Brooklyn, New York.
It has been a decade since I have released a personal series that has meant this much to me, and to do it for a brother who I’ve known for 25 years is heartwarming to say the least.
The “woven series” now sets the tone for countless musical journeys as @colorfieldcollective and @ridethewave333 have carefully curated a beautiful space to appreciate sound while enjoying the company of friends and family.
I am in love with this space and its creative prowess to build a strong community through the hearts, minds and stomachs of those who live for music, as I do.
Please support @umbrabrooklyn in its mission to brighten up all of our days.
And as always, thank you kindly for the support

Korea & Japan film dump pt 2! ❤️⛩️🍣🍻🥢🍶🏯🇯🇵💴🍜 by @k.e.d._glass

At the end of July I received an offer to make a 20 inch cake stand for a wedding happening 2 weeks later. The minimal time I had to create the piece combined with it being for such a meaningful moment in life made this commission extra special in the end. I want to thank the newlyweds for trusting me with this project. I love when a creative endeavor push’s new boundaries and helps you grow. by @k.e.d._glass

This was the first course to open July’s menu. It was a celebration of the abundance in our garden.

💐 The Blooming Bouquet featured a Crispy Phyllo Cone dipped in Aged Balsamic and Crushed Pistachios, filled with Creamy Vegan Burrata, and topped with a Vibrant & Fresh Mix of Garden Greens, Herbs, and Edible Flowers all dressed in an Elderflower Vinaigrette.

The concept was that the first bite would be a super fresh, aromatic, and slightly earthy bite of the garden with a strong contrast of sweetness coming from the Elderflower Vinaigrette and Aged Balsamic. The following and final bite would be the Creamy Burrata and rest of the Crispy Phyllo Cone.

🍃 The Leaves: Green & Red Leaf Lettuce, Mizuna, Oak Leaf, Chard, Baby Spinach, Baby Butter Lettuce, Kale, Red Vein Sorrel, Arugula, and Carrot Tops.

🌿 The Herbs: Basil Genovese, Parsley, Oregano.

🌺 The Flowers: Cosmos, Sunflower, Marigold, Bachelor Button, Borage, and Viola.

One year has passed since I moved to the north shore of Massachusetts and i am grateful for every piece of glass i have had the opportunity to create for Cleod.
Through learning new designs and teaching those around me i have found my footing and am excited to still be creating, teaching, and growing. Stay tuned for an announcement later today by @k.e.d._glass
