When a friend reaches out last minute wanting a few maternity photos on her family farm before bubba arrives… how could I say no?!

Now, I don’t usually photograph maternity sessions at 40 weeks pregnant (because if you’ve ever been 40 weeks pregnant, you’ll know that feeling nimble and photogenic isn’t exactly at the top of the list! 😂).

But when the weather is perfect, the location is beautiful and a friend comes calling… well, of course we make it happen!

Such a special little session capturing those final moments before their newest family member arrived. by @k.joy.creative

After having to reschedule Paige’s maternity session thanks to the rain, we were lucky enough to have the sun come out for round two at beautiful Ruakākā Beach!

At 36 weeks pregnant, Paige was absolutely glowing and looking incredible!

There’s something so special about capturing these final weeks before a new little life arrives. The golden light, the beach and one gorgeous mama-to-be made this session worth the wait.

Yesterday I got to meet my beautiful friend’s 3-week-old baby girl, Kiwa, and oh my goodness… my heart is full 🥹

There’s something pretty special about watching one of your beautiful friends become a mum.

And of course… there was absolutely no way I was meeting this gorgeous little girl without taking a few photos 🤍

Welcome to the world, beautiful Kiwa. You are already so incredibly loved. by @k.joy.creative

Proud to share that “Canopy of Love” was awarded SILVER!

Some weddings just stay with you 🤍
We absolutely loved having these two at the Ranch, such a beautiful couple, and a day that felt every bit as special as they are.
From the little details to the big moments, their whole wedding was filled with so much love, laughter and genuine happiness. It was one of those days we wished could have lasted a little longer.
Thank you for choosing Willows Ranch to be part of your story. We loved having you, we loved your day, and we’ll always have a soft spot for this one. 🥂
Here’s to forever!

You just can’t beat Ruakākā on a clear night. 🤍 We waited, and I’m so glad we did. The sky turned on the most incredible colours, like it was blessing Jmee, Dan, and their precious pēpi.
So proud of this beautiful wahine toa and so honoured to capture this special chapter for your little whānau.✨ by @k.joy.creative

When Gina shared her vision for their engagement/wedding announcement shoot, I knew this was going to be fun!.

Obsessed with this vibe and so grateful when couples trust me to bring their creative ideas to life.

The perfect way to announce the next chapter of their love story.
