Through my de-influence series, I experienced the irony of influencing through my own lens. With good intentions, ofc. I still question myself through these major changes in life and I find myself in an unexplainable yet familiar phase in life of empty rooms to listen to my own thoughts instead of digesting others. All my life experiences, good and bad, coming together forming the ultimate choice. Or the illusion of it. The ‘my guru is better than your guru. Though I can say I don’t compare the two so by default I’m the better of the gurus’ conundrum. I’m in phase of the in between. God’s plan and the curiosity of human nature. The Taoist way of “effortless action” to achieve unconscious virtue back to consciousness of a human being not a human doing. Knowing that I need to act to learn & grow. The journey doesn’t end, it spins in circles, removes unnecessary energy and brings you back to the same point just with more tools… “If you knew, would you continue?”

I’m back into the depths of ego, understanding that if it dies, by theory there will be no more drive. No more desire or idea of self. No identity, no belief (again, in theory) A fine tuning of Carl Jung’s shadow work. Knowing it’s there, making friends with the shadow, and having discernment about one’s ego and when to use it. Being the driver of your soul and letting your ego stay backseat in case it’s ever needed by definition. I keep going back to the Delphic maxim “Know Thyself” written on the Temple of Apollo. (The deep dive into that is another story). My dharma and karmic path in Buddhist and Hindu theology. The uncanny synchronicities becoming louder, and my faith deepening. The need for deeper relationships and conversations beyond current events and mainstream culture. Philosophy, theology, science, religion, ancient literature, numerology, sacred geometry, astronomy, biology, herbalism, technology, junk DNA all neatly separated but somehow share a core.
